This guy is a good guy. My fiance ran into what was seemingly a huge issue that all other attorneys we spoke to quoted us astronomical prices and offered no advice outside of we can help you but itll be 4000$+. Business is business, I get that, but what we ultimately discovered with Daniel's help is we didn't have any need for an attorney and it would waste our money. Daniel told us outright that we would be better served handling it ourselves, and gave us direction on what to do, as the issue was nowhere near as big as it originally seemed. It was handled that day, for next to no money, and Daniel charged nothing for the consultation. This is a guy I'd hire in a heartbeat to help with any legal issues, on his ethics and morals alone. If I ever need a lawyer for literally anything else, I'll call him. It takes true grit to help someone that you could make money off of, just because it would waste their money. Ethics are so hard to find these days. By the way, He was right about our issue from top to bottom, so he knows what he's doing. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks again Daniel.

I haven't dealt with Mr Selwa on an attorney / client level . However he presided over an appeal hearing between me and the housing authority; in which his decision determined rather or not my children and I would be able to keep our assistance , our place to live ;( . My first problem would defiantly be his unresponsiveness to my calls / text/ emails . It’s plain out I professional. He ruled not in my favor but in the favor of the HA who admitted during the hearing they didn't follow P&P . This makes me question Mr Sweil’s both personal and business ethics . Being unable to distinguish right from wrong in being complant with written policy , I definitely wouldn't trust him to represent me in any important legal matters. It is also questionable to me (& others ) on way he took longer then the allotted time to make a decision and why he hasn't rendered me a response himself yet. As of today, it’s unclear on rather or not Mr Selwa was in cahoots with the HA or if he’a just allowed them to use him in pushing forward their personal agenda to terminate me either way in my very humble opinion its unethical.

This guy can not be trusted. He takes cases that are a conflict of interest.
