In desperate need of a real estate lawyer to help with a simple, if thorny, problem I called M’s. Gardocki because of her location and glowing reviews. She listened patiently, was wonderfully sympathetic and encouraging and directed me to another lawyer with specific expertise who has been the lifesaver she said he’d be.
