After having "buyers remorse" with two other attorneys, we were very great-full to find Charles Willmott. His ability to get straight to the point and bring about a successful result in our modification to final judgement was a blessing!

Divorce is a highly emotional trauma to go through. I was so disappointed with the first firm I used (Adsum,they should be avoided ).
I looked at reviews online and I contacted Mr. Wilmott`s office and from the first contact I was totally at ease and felt like I was being listened to and more importantly, understood.
After switching over, it became even more apparrent how poorly I had been represented before, as I was very quickly involved in the process and I was kept fully informed and helped with every step of the way.
The thing I found most helpful was how to fill out the forms and what the lawyers would fill out on my behalf.
As I would guess, most people would go through this just once so we have zero experience with this process.
I was left to my own devices by the first firm, but with Charles and Jackie I felt from minute one that I was in very safe hands and this proved to bethe case.
My case was settled at mediation, but had it gone to the court I always felt that I would be safe and my interests looked after.
It was interesting when Charles and I appeared before the Judge for the final hearing, She made a point of thanking him for being so prepared.

After 15 years of marriage and three children, I never thought I would be faced with an impending divorce. Mr. Willmott handled my case professionally and expediently. I hire mr willmott base on his google reviews.. i thougt he could help me with my case i put all my trust in his hands. im very dissapointed did not get not a sigle thing i was whishing for. He make me believe he was in control but really to me it was a waste of money... i think discussing a case and adding number and ask all the questions infront of the mediation lady isnt profesional at all. All questions should have been ask on its right time and an answer should have been planned too. In April of 2014 my husband and I decided to end our 18 year marriage uncontested. Handling it on my own at first the process became must more daunting then originally thought. Charles Willmott is the right choice for a family law attorney when two (2) parties can't quite work things out and need a diplomatic point of view. From a very personal experience; Charles is good at mediating...even when opposing counsel is extremely difficult and maybe even unethical in an attempt to "win at all costs." Charles is keenly aware that children usually get hurt the most and does his best to resolve issues with the children's best interests in mind.

I have recommended Charles to several friends...none have ever regretted contacting him for advice. Good legal advice is not cheap, but I can't tell you how many times Charles has offered me suggestions without sending me a bill the next day.

Charles was a God send for me through my divorce. He was so sweet, and kind to me but very intimidating to the other party. he didn't play games, he was straight to the point, VERY PROFESIONAL.
