Sue Bani is awesome and is a house name for my 3 kids and myself. She was referred to my oldest daughter after she was in an accident. Living in Atlanta area your bound to encounter atleast a fender bender if not worst. Unfortunately I have experience both. My most recent was the worst. Friday the 13th 2017 when my youngest daughter was 20 at the time rode her bicycle to the store. As she was crossing the street a driver in a pickup truck failed to yield to the right of way of my daughter in the crossing lane and hit her. She didn't have a scratch but was in a lot of pain. Once at the hospital the xrays revealed she did have a broken femur. She was immediately taken to surgery where all went well, thank God. With therapy and a lot of my daughter's determination to be walking without a walker by her 21st birthday in April she healed well and yes she was in some heels not the ones she would normally have worn but she was walking in heels by her 21st birthday. And thanks to Sue and the law office of Gilbert and Taylor she was able to celebrate life and her birthday well with her settlement being settled less than a week of her birthday. I met with several other attorneys in Metro Atlanta prior to meeting with Gil Taylor Law. Every other attorney focused primarily on their fees and the contract I would have to sign. Several mentioned increasing fees with ongoing negotiations if they had to counter an offer on a settlement. If I rejected the initial offer, my attorney fees go up 10%. This may be an industry standard but Taylor Law never increased my fees or asked me for a single penny more than we agreed on. I was told that my case may take 14 months to complete and they were right. 14 months later and the expectations they set were right on time.

Vanessa was my contact and returned every email, phone call or text within minutes. I never felt like I wasn't a priority. Vanessa fought and fought and fought for us and never backed down. Her commitment to my case was more than impressive.
