A really big help
I recently employed their services and so far its awesome and staff friendly.
I went into the office in January of 2018. I was told that Mrs. Austin was busy and for me to leave my medical papers so that she can go over them. It’s now the middle of May and i still haven’t heard from her and I can’t find her to get my medical papers, xrays, mri disc and personal info. Does anyone know how i can talk to someone over everything?

Attorney Mara Block is absolutely awesome!
A wast of tax payers money
They say they want to help they don't call you back
Do not have the child's best interest in mind
They have yet to return call and ive been there 3times in 60 days and ALL my information is sitting on somebody desk.. Smh
They help you with your problems.
They don't call back
very helpful with my case
Clueless. Ugh ugh
Useless. Woman at the front desk cut me off before i can even explain my situation. Very unprofessional. They talk to you like youre not even a person (like another reviewer said)
Help me get my Section 8 back and Student loan waived. Thanks Legal Aid to tbe Attorney Dickerson and Paralegal Mgr. Pastore. Thanks. D.D. w
Very nice, helpful people. You must make an appointment and make sure you have all your documents. No parking, so you have to find a parking lot close and walk about a block to get there.
Thank you for the help
Great assistance hete. Good people
Helps in a lot of ways but attorneys are so slow getting back with you.
I was waiting on the phone so long.. they only automatic message it & not answer..
Im most fortunate to have these great attorneys on my side. Because of limited resources they can only accept certain cases. But they really know their stuff. Im forever grateful for their helping me.
They are horrible, and they talk to people like they are not even human. I'm moving out of Georgia. The system in Georgia will have people homeless, jobless, and etc.
Thank for know help the lady on the phone didn't try to help me.
Called and the person I spoke to was rude.
Not sure why the rudeness over the phone and the hung up right in the middle of my sentence. .whomp..whomp*
They help if you're lucky.
If you get a lawyer, they really don't want to help you. They are supposed to call you within 2 days and they never do. I have not been helped yet. I'm very disappointed on how they treat poor people. I know they are volunteers but they shouldn't volunteer if they really don't want to help.
I can honestly say that years ago they helped me in a bigggg way. The attorney there was on top of everything. If I emailed her,I received an immediate response. This was dealing with the federal government but the law is the law. She was a god sent advocate till the end. Thank you. I hate that people didn't have the same experience.
It is impossible to get anyone over the phone to talk to you when you call the Dekalb County Legal Aid Society of Georgia it doesn't matter if you call during early morning hours when they first open or late in the afternoon no one answered the phone and if they do answer the it's only because you waited so long for a response
Very nice , thank you
BEWARE!!!!! I was cut off in mid-sentence by a woman over the phone. She was very rude about my inquiries and I felt that I was inconveniencing her. She did not to help me. She instead asked me a series of questions hoping to eliminate me as a prospective client. I felt overlooked and unimportant. Now, I know why my elders say you get what you pay for....
