I had a case open for about 6 months and than they told me we would take them to court. And a little over a month later I kept calling my lawyer and he would not return my calls and than they dropped my case for no reason I got the letter in the mail. I feel they don't help black ppl like they say u can tell by the way he and the lady looked at me and the way they to me it was a waste of time. Now I have no case my injury and it to late to get another lawyer. I would tell ppl look around before u get them it's not at all like the ads u see.

Morgan and Morgan for the People? I am a client of this law firm wondering if I made the right decision to hire them . I feel like I am just a number. I call to check on my case and all I get is my case manager's voice mail. I have questions about my case that I need answers. The initial letter you sent me says I can contact you at anytime. When will you answer my questions ? My questions got answered. I was dropped as a client after 4 months. My files were supposed to be returned to me in time for me to get another attorney..... Still waiting. I may have run out of time ,don't know what to do. I need representation, signed Left out In The Cold

I am a current client of Morgan and Morgan, a 55 year old mother of 4, a Physical Therapist for the elderly, Certified Zumba Instructor, and a Whistle Blower in a Fraud Case. I am a firm believer in "Right is Right"~
I was in an accident on the way home from work 8 months ago. I have spoken to the Attorney from Morgan and Morgan twice to date. On both occasions she showed zero empathy or compassion. She was rude and short. If I ever spoke to a Patient in this manner, I would be fired.
When I decided to hire Morgan and Morgan, it was because of the empathy portrayed in their commercials as well as the results that they promise their clients. When I first hired them, I was promised that they would fight for the full amount allowed...$200,000. I have seen all the Doctors and have done everything that they have asked me to do and tried to make their job as easy as possible.
I was recently informed that the Attorney has a monthly quota to meet and unless I lost a limb in the accident or have major surgery, they want me to walk away with a $5,000 take away settlement payment. I don't want to be a number in your monthly quota. The Attorney told me that I should settle for this because if she took it to court, that I could be personally sued and end up having to owe thousands...???
Prior to this accident, that was not at all my fault, I felt like I was 20 years old. I had never had any pain. Due to this accident, every disc in my neck is bulging with a herniation at C3-4. I wake up with discomfort, and my job security, due to the physical nature, is at risk and uncertain. What happened to your promise of fighting for my discomfort, my lost wages and uncertain future lost wages. I make $8,000 a month, and you want me to walk away with $5,000?? Not to mention my Jaguar being totalled and having to purchase a new car after not having a car payment for years! I would like to be reassigned to someone with compassion, who will fight for me like your commercial says because "Right is Right"~Please reach out to me. Thank you...

So Far So Good, I know it is a lot of work,but I am still receiving Retuxan 4 weeks of treatments every 6 months!!!!!!
