Mr. Burns and his staff are very efficient. He helped me out immensely. It was a very difficult time and I was totally lost. He got me the best deal I could have hoped for. My case was extremely complicated with several unusual issues that aren't the norm. He navigated through the legal system, took some chances and I definitely came out on top. Mr. BURNS is a phenomenal attorney . . . tenacious in the courtroom and respected by his peers. As a witness in a recent case, I watched him take care of a friend's legal matters. I read some of the other reviews ,and I would say that he is straight forward and doesn't sugarcoat things . . . which does not make him rude, just "direct". That's a very good thing.

I called this office to see if Mr.Burns was as caring of an attorney as previously stated, and would be inclined to take on my family law and/or criminal case. I was surprised to find myself on the phone with such a rude, presumptuous, derogatory man. After stating he normally helps single mother's in need, he chose to belittle me instead of taking my case. If you are subject to misfortune, do not call this office, as you will only find yourself more discouraged after doing so.

I’m writing this review for two reason. The first it to tell you to hire Mr. Burns as your DUI attorney. The second is tell anyone reading this review to HIRE AN ATTORNEY if heaven forbid you or a family member is charged with DUI. My son was arrested late last year for DUI on Pensacola Beach. My wife and I went through the pros and cons of hiring an attorney and decided that we would. Next we did a lot of research on which one we should go with. In reading many attorney’s website pages I noticed that quite a few had good reviews but not many reviews. I talked to a few of these at first but circled back to Mr. Burns because he had so many reviews. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience. We met with Mr. Burns shortly after and decided to have him represent our son. Through this process we found that Mr. Burns knows his business but on top of that, so does his staff. On our second meeting, we reviewed the dash cam and observation room video and found that we may indeed have a case for fighting the charge. Mr. Burns and his staff came up with a plan to submit a Motion to Suppress. The motion was submitted, we went to the hearing, and the case WAS DISMISSED. For parents reading this review, or anyone for that matter I can’t stress enough the importance of getting legal representation for a DUI charge. If we had not hired Mr. Burns, we would have gone through the court process, my son would have been convicted of DUI, and that would have stained his record forever. Mr. Burns and his staff is who you should choose to represent you. It may be one of the best decision you ever make. It certainly was for our family.

We hired Mr. Burn’s to provide guidance on how to proceed with vehicle insurance and registration following a DUI conviction of one of our children. Mr. Burns spent a substantial amount of time with us explaining laws as they would apply the circumstances. He elaborated on specifics of the circumstances and his guidance was based on law not a general consensus. His advice will certainly reduce the risk/liability in the event of another incident.
