I contacted Morgan & Morgan for an accident I had on August 9th. It has been like pulling teeth getting them to answer the phone or talk about my case. I had a check cut from the insurance company in December and I still haven't received it. If you have not been hit by an 18 wheeler where they will get a huge payout you are not important. Stacy Strohl is too busy to be bothered and Patrick Montgomery delegates his responsibility. I wish I could give zero stars because that is the level of my displeasure.

These people are a joke. I was recommended to them and I called them. The intake person took my information and told me that a lawyer would soon contact me. I never heard back from them. Two months later I received a letter stating they could not take my case. In no way would I recommend these attorneys. They only care about how much money one can put in there pocket.

Worst experience with a lawfirm ive ever had.

Very hard to get information from them. They always transfer me to someone else and it's like chasing my own tail and not getting anywhere.

This has been the most awful experience I have had with any attorney's. They did not return any calls nor did they let me know until I called the office several times and had to harass them that they weren't going to take my case. This has been so wrong from both the people involved in the case to these attorney's. I could have been trying to hire an attorney instead of being put off and being made to wait until over a week later while being in severe pain. I would definitely advise calling other attorney's before this one. I sure wish I would have called someone else first . Certainly use caution with them because it was basically explained to me that if enough money couldn't be recovered they would drop so apparently my case fell under that category. This is such a sad thing because I seriously from all the advertisements thought this attorney was the real deal and he is no more than the rest of them. The motto for the people is so very overstated. Make sure before calling your case if worth money or good luck otherwise. Update to my review - I decided to call a few more attorney's regarding my case and all of them were kind of shocked that this happened and invited me to their firm stating it didn't matter if they only got a couple hundred dollars everyone's case is important. This is how lawyer's and law firms should be! Second Uodate - my case was taken very quickly by a different attorney and resolved very quickly. They got a great recovery for me. As this will be my last update to this review after all is said and done I fully stand by my review and Do Not Recommend this law firm call others first.

This place did an Amazing job with my car accident case. I definitely felt that they cared and wanted to the best for me. Shout out to Romona who handle my case and was a pleasure to work with.

They make you think their local OK not the ads but really out of Fla. Wouldn't help me cause dollar signs weren't big enough.

Go th nowhere acting like I never put in any Information.

My wife got hurt at work and had to have surgery so we decided to call Morgan & Morgan well the phone number took us to a call center who put us over to a attorney office in Birmingham so we was like we can't drive to Birmingham and they said we could do it by phone ok then when it came time for the phone call the Secretary called and moved the appointment time to the next day ok we said then today we wait for the call and the time came and gone and no call then we leave to do other stuff then the attorney called of course we missed it she left a message saying sorry something came up that she would call us the next day funny at the same time her Secretary said she would be busy the whole reason we was rescheduled to begin with!!!! What a joke

Honestly I was done with them when they stopped returning my phone calls and emails. It started great and they were helpful at the beginning but as the case went on it just soured into frustration. Not sure if their work load was too great for the staff they have or its just how they operate. What really killed it for me was when I was told they "lost" my settlement check.

Please do not advertise to the people and act like you care when you shut everyones cases down. Take your picture off the city bus line stop making commercials and get off the radio. Your only telling a lie to people stop wasteing peoples time.

Morgan and Morgan are supposed to be for the people but they are turning down a part of the people by not taking a case where my boss fired me for a manager plainly making a verbal threat to harm an employee and they don't want to pursue the company for wrongfully firing nor for having a manager make verbal threats towards an employee

I Have contacted them twice and it is similar to a Telemarketing firm. I have suffered serious problems due to Medical Malpractice and negligence. I am a now disabled, retired paralegal and I gathered all medical records and documentation that would be needed to determine that my case is blatant neglect and malpractice. The first time that I contacted them, I had just moved from Texas and had a surgery and the Doctor closed me up bleeding internally and I almost died to to infection and blood loss. I was told that they didn't want it and to find an atty in Texas. I then saw a Doctor here in Mobile because of serious problems and pain related to that surgery. That doctor did outpatient surgery and because I told her that I would be seeking legal action chose to tell me that there was not a problem after doing a thorough internal look around and that it was all in my mind and I should leave it alone. I sought the opinion of a second doctor due to pain and female problems unmentionable. I did not tell him that three months earlier I had the other outpatient surgery. He put me in the hospital recently and my imigination ended up in serious surgery and am now healing and will have to have further surgery or surgeries to hopefully somewhat fix a situation that occurred to to neglience and malpractice and the further negligence that I suffered here in Mobile because the doctor that I trusted, turned her back and lied to me not to become involved. I will not tell my current doctor any of this until I have my day in court. So now that I have proof locally and still have pain and suffering and future medical care Morgan and Morgan is not interested but states their deepest concern and will forward it to a firm that will help me. When is that ?? MORGAN AND MORGAN ARE FOR THE PEOPLE. WHAT PEOPLE ARE YOU FOR ?APPARENTLY! NOT ME. IT'S LITERALLY A CRYING SHAME, THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME WATCH YOUR COMMERCIALS AND WE SERIOUSLY THINK YOU CARE.

Staff is very efficient, always keeping me informed on how my case is going. Return calls in a timely manner. Neissa Bonilla is great, very pleasant and always there to answer any questions I have.

My experience with Morgan & Morgan has been a good one. At first I found it difficult to understand what was expected of me and the sequence in which things took place. But I have been treated with patience and respect. My questions have been answered quickly and even as more questions come up, I find it easy to ask. I’m never made to feel ignorant or silly even though some of my questions may seem ignorant or silly. Lol! I appreciate the team at Morgan & Morgan. I’d do have one request...I’d love to speak to the lawyer I’ve been assigned to at some point. And I’d love to know how long my particular case with its issues will take as the waiting can be a bit stressful. Not knowing what to expect as the case is being evaluated is frustrating. I’m learning as we go though. Thanks for your patience.

Completely useless!! They don't even have a office in my or many others. They are set up in a hotel room. You don't even talk to anyone at a law office. You talk to someone at a call center and even they can't get in touch with someone in a law firm!! The only time you will see someone from this firm (or family) is on TV. Never returned my calls or worked on my case.

I would give no stars. Please seek an actual law firm that will help the little people. If its not a big name case then don't dial this useless law firm. It took about a month and a half just to receive a email...not a call to say that they cannot help.

Got referred to alabama state bar... Not really for the people as they say.

They are not here to help the little people they are strictly out only to make big cases and headlines. We came to them with a mold case that involves a lot of people and has all documentation from state agencies and because this may not be a big case they decided not to help us. Shame on you Morgan and Morgan for saying one thing in your commercials and doing another to help the little people.
