Red Flags and Problems
1. I got an outside child in 2015 with another US citizen while married.
2. My now ex wife asked for a divorce shortly after I became citizen (September 2016.)
3. I got remarried Nov 2016 to a person from my country of birth who came to the US on a visitor's visa
4. Submitted I-130 and & I-485 for my new wife to be able to adjust status Feb 2017
5 Got interviewed Dec 2017. (stoke interview on site) we were both separated and questioned then ask to sign statements.

My case pretty much had all the red flag that that USCIS looks for, and I made the mistake of going down that road myself .

USCIS was not happy with the fact that I got divorced only months after being naturalized, they did not like the fact that I got remarried so quickly after the divorce, they did not like the fact that my new wife was from the same country that I am originally from , they did not like the fact that she got married to me within 90 days of entering the USA on a visitors visa. they did not like the fact that I got an outside child while I was married to my ex (first wife)

I hired JD walker after I realized that I was under suspicion for marriage fraud, This was the single best decision I made through my immigration journey, JD Walker took over my immigration case that was dragging for over 2 years successfully got USCIS to issue my wife a 10 years permanent residency card. we now have a child together and are about to close on our first family home.

He was able to take us step by step throughout the process and went to the interview with us. He was very accesible and never treated us arrogantly like other attorneys we talked to before coming to see him.
