Great lawyers who treat their clients well

I was hurt In an accident that wasn’t my fault. Beyond my injuries my car was totaled. I debated for a month if I wanted to go through the “hassle” of hiring an attorney. One day I decided it would not hurt to call. They exceeded my expectations. They set up all my doctors appointments for me and they understood my fear of driving certain distances and some doctors I couldn’t go to because of this fear, and they found the right doctors that were right for my injuries and that were close in proximity to me. They took the hassle out of finding the right doctor for each injury by contacting them and setting the appointments up. I’m a single mom with no family in this state so a lot of the burden was taken off of my plate. This was a huge relief and exceeded my expectations and is above and beyond what I experienced before years ago when I hired an attorney when I was injured in a car accident. They didn’t treat me as if because I wasn’t hit by an 18 wheeler my accident or injuries were insignificant. They also settled my claim so fast I was beyond shocked when my attorney called to say that the settlement was ready. They definitely talked to me like a human and checked on me and how I was feeling about my doctors and the care I was receiving. They cared just as much about my case as I feel they would a huge dollar lawsuit. If God forbid I have another accident where I sustain injuries and am not at fault, there is no doubt i would go with Dudley and Debossier again. If I have friends or family who are in this situation and don’t know what to do I would recommend they call Dudley Debossier. Even if they aren’t sure what they want to do or should do, I’d advise anyone just to get a consult and advice from them after an accident. I’m glad I called.

Frivolous lawsuits. Dudley DeBosier is what is wrong with insurance in Louisiana. These guys are a new level of sleeze by supporting cases of peopld who have multiple unrelated lawsuits going on at a time. All frivolous!

A 3 mile per hour fender bender that doesn't even result in a scratch on the car is not a "serious injury". When your clients have multiple lawsuits going on at the same time, it says a lot about their lawyers.

I was unfortunately in an auto accident last and had to enlist assistance from an attorney. I was fortunate enough to get Katherine Gurley and her assistant Debbie Desselle to represent me in this matter. Working with them during such a difficult time has been a lifesaver. They are very helpful and always knowledgeable about my case which puts me at ease. I want to say thanks ladies for all your hard work.

It may sound like a cliche if I say: my family and I received an A+ treatment, the firm overcome our expectations, or we were guided through the process with exquisite professionalism. But it is exactly how it was.
We were represented by Mr. Ken Miller. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody that may need help at a particular point. He is polite, professional, highly effective and has exceptional communication skills.

As for the outrageous amount of TV ads I never saw Dudley or Debossier. I didn't see my lawyer until I went to sign the final papers. They did not keep up with me much throughout the year and I got a small settlement most of which went to them and the chiropractor. Seems to me that they should take their percentage off after the medical bills .In my opinion they still owe me $1000

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in July of 2017, and used Dudley DeBosier to represent me and help me navigate the legal process. My experience with them started fine with good communication. Things went downhill after I was assigned to the attorney (who I won’t mention by name) and paralegal handling my case. He was dismissive, short, and rather unpleasant towards me, and I regularly went for months on end with no communication. When I would receive communication from him, usually in response to an email id send, it was borderline passive aggressive and all around unhelpful. Every single encounter with this attorney left me feeling I was an annoyance. The attorney and paralegal kept telling me their hands were tied and there was nothing they could do to move forward and settle my case, so this drug on for 2 years.

So, why am I still giving them a 4 star review? A few months ago the paralegal was reassigned to Monique Hagen. In my opinion, she is the only good thing about Dudley DeBosier. She kept in constant touch with me and always patiently explained everything that was happening. She was actually friendly, and would even respond to my emails and phone calls. Within a month of her being assigned to my case it was settled and I received my payment. Even after she hit several roadblocks with my health insurance company she managed to do more in 30 days than the attorney and his former paralegal did in 2 years.

Would I recommend Dudley DeBosier? Probably not. But, if I could somehow recommend only Monique Hagen I would in a heartbeat. Thanks Monique for all of your help and hard work...you are the absolute best!

I love the experience of online and internet access to file paperwork and file a claim. Our attorney Ms Loretta Hoskins was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept us informed about the progress of our claim and what was taking place. She made sure that we were included in all transactions and would not move forward without or consent. Back in September 2017 I was in two car accidents. The first was worst then the second. In the first one a car ran the red light and T bone my car. The car was totalled. For over two years he fought for me. His office personnel were friendly, Nicole made lots of phone calls to me keeping me informed along with David's calls. The first insurance company wanted the second insurance to take the blame but David stood by me and worked it all out. Without a lawyer I would have gotten nothing with his help I got all the medical bills paid and enough to buy a used car since mine wasnt new. Dont believe the commercials that say you get thousands of dollars. You get what your insurance and the other persons insurance pays and its a long road to get to the end. Having a hard working lawyer on my side was truly worth it. Thank you.

Horrible. They dupe people into hiring them and then don't do a single thing they say they will do, don't follow up with the case or the insurance or the doctors providing care, don't do anything when the checks aren't paid for weeks at a time, and have nothing but excuses and justifications. They take advantage of hurt and helpless people and exploit their circumstances while stringing them along for months without doing anything they've been hired to do. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I just signed a contract with Dudley DeBosier two days ago on September 3rd. I haven't spoken to a lawyer yet - I probably haven't been appointed one yet. They're probably working on getting my medical records to see who will be best for my case. The only one I have spoken with so far was Ms Tilesha W. Ms Tilesha was very polite, respectful and quick to respond back to me. If the rest of the DD team is anything like Ms Warren, this preliminary review will reflect the final review!!! My attorney at this firm was Ken Miller. I would highly recommend this firm based on my experience. My phone calls were always returned, Ken really showed that he cared and took his time to make sure I was feeling ok. There are not many attorneys now days that take time for the good of the injured person. It’s all about whether your case is worth enough money for them to take it. This was not the case with this firm. I live in Michigan and our laws are different when it comes to car insurance claims, ken took the time to familiarize himself with Michigan and Louisiana laws. I am so thankful for Ken Miller and the Dudley DeBosier firm, that I don’t have enough words to thank them.
