Be careful, if you have an accident and suffering with pain and you think these people will help you with your claim think again, there was an accident and I am suffering long term painful injuries and Insurance company not giving me any response, I seen advertise of these people and I check and ignore online negative reviews and that my big mistake and still I am suffering with credit messed up because of this people.

I select them for show the law to Insurance company, but after 5 months of no reply from greene and phillips I contacted them and somebody told me that he is trying to reduce my medical bills, and when I go there and talk with him he told me that Insurance company offer me 5000 for two people long term painful injuries, our medical bills is more than this amount, and he advised me that this is good amount and I should accept this amount. In fact He forgot that there is two people injured in that accident.

After this I fired them and they send me letter that I have to give them 40% of 5000, Okay.

But after 2-3 months I received a call he told me he is from greene and phillips and they want to represent me again, when I say no then he told me that I have to give them 40% of what I will receive from Insurance company not 40% of the amount they offer me and showing me Alabama law. He told me that they are sending a letter to Insurance company about that.

So everyone think again if these people know that my claim is worth more than 5000 then what they do 5 months and why they try to accept me offer of 5000, now they are increasing my stress because my all medical bills are going to collections and these people create more trouble and showing me Alabama law.

Update : insurance adjuster sent check of 2000.00 USD to greene philips before 2 weeks but still they didn't sent me any receipt of this amount, in fact I sent email for asking receipt before 2 weeks.

This is a horrible group to use. They took my brothers case a work place injury. Over 4 years they used countless different paralegals just starting out and useless attorneys that had to keep learning what the previous one knew. They never kept my brother informed of what was going on and they would make decisions without consulting him. In the end they gave up leaving my brother with no options. These people are unorganized and they really only care about cases that are easy money for them. Please find a different firm to use. I wish I could give a 0 star review. They have caused more grief than any help. We should have used someone else. They are just as bad as the Workmans Compensation Representatives. I would not help them if they were on fire. These people can ruin a person's life with their inability to connect with their clients.

Update: So these lawyers called my brother recently and asked if he can convince me to remove my bad review stating that it wasn't fair because the last lawyer over my brother's case was new to the case. HAHA LMBO. That is so funny. I was thinking the same thing that it isn't fair that a man works his butt off and gets hurt on the job then Workmans compensation comes in to find anyway to blame it on the worker and not the work conditions. Then you spend years in litigation hoping that they will run out of money and give up on the case. If they do make it through to the end you only get a crumb that they throw at you instead of what is rite and fair. The whole time your law firm keeps using as little resources as possible and swapping lawyers to make your case even more difficult because they think you wont make any money from winning the case. At the beginning they talk like it's a sure thing and later if they see a wrinkle they tuck tail and run instead of believing in their client and their issue they throw you away like trash. So what is fair Green and Philip's. What seems fair about that. Which means more in life, my brothers welfare and health or your standing in the community. Lol what has become of mankind if we are more worried about a review then actually caring for each other.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of my recent personal injury case. Kathie and Britt did an amazing job in explaining how to do things, very transparent and responsive. I like that I didn't have to deal with a bunch of different people, just the same two. They got various aspects of my case settled very quickly and were able to significantly reduce my medical bills. They definitely know what they're doing. And Hannah was also great and very quick to respond to emails.

I can't thank the staff at Greene & Phillips enough, particularly Kathie and Britt. They fought with the hospital and others to get our medical bills reduced after my husband's motorcycle accident (other driver at fault). Kathie kept us up to date on all developments and helped lead us through dealing with the hospital and other administrative issues. The average person has no clue how to successfully navigate everything that happens after a bad wreck occurs, much less while also trying to just deal with your spouse having serious injuries at the same time!
