Ive been calling for almost 1 week and half to check on the status of my case. When i call to talk to my attorney i couldn't get a call back. Even left a voice message still no call back. Then get to the office just to find out there was nothing they could do for me. I couldve save gas and a trip there. Attorney was very nice but wished he wouldve kept me updated on whether or not anything could be done for me.

I called today on a matter that happened back in November of last year. I do not remember the lady's name that answered my call, but as soon as I explained my situation, she immediately began to get to work finding me an attorney to talk to. It being a Friday afternoon, they were all on the phone with other clients. She put me on hold so many times I canbpt count. My ppint being is that she did NOT give up and tell me she wpuld have someone call me back. I did not mind waiting either, because during the wait she also answered so many questions I had, that before I was off the phone just with her, I already understood %100 more than I did before calling. She was fantastic at her job and went above and beyond her duties to help me. As soon as I review my packet I will be filling it out and hiring them.
