Everyone is a man hater and extremely rude.

Everything went quickly and smoothly. Our caseworker was amazing, and she wasn’t a robot! Talked with us about life, cruises, football, and food.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and service was good. It was a little noisy in the lobby and a little lacking as government offices can be. Overall it gets 3*’s mainly because its a place you don’t want to go unless you have to go.

That's the least best rating it will allow. I am a 32yr old single mother. I have 3 beautiful kids that the state as well as each one of my kids fathers teaming up ,not to count its inevitable that when your opponents have money & lots of it Your going to loose. However they have pretty much swindled as in pulled cons and schemes until they literally illegally strong armed me outta my kids. Soon as I complete this last task the next step is paperwork to get ready to go back to court for grand review. I cannot wait until their dirty laundry is aired out into the public. I hope it helps others to come forward and push for the same.

I have had a case for years and have never gotten a dime of child support they are lazy as hell I have told them where my ex was and still nothing I'm going higher up I'm tired of this they are very rude I'm calling Austin and turn this office in

Everyone there is not there to help you unless you are a woman. I came to make an agreement with my ex wife and they helped her say no we want it all not part. Get a lawyer don't deal with these people by yourself.

The older Caucasian lady who work the front desk was very rude. Huffed and puffed as she assisted me. Drugged her shoulders when she answered my questions her body language was very negative. If someone who does not have a passion for working with people should not be working with people. My first initial visit was great period but I have had some confusion so I needed further assistance. My second time coming the Caucasian lady was there and she was not very friendly or welcoming or helpful. All African American women who have to get government assistance on the stereotypical type of black people there are actually people who want to do something with their lives but just need a little help. I feel as if my skin color was different I would have been treated a little bit better. Too bad there's nowhere else to go

Always helpful staff, when I came to my needs. My husband called in his case and one lady got rude with him. That was a year ago though. I have had no issues with them, and I love that they can give me the information I need quickly.

This place is so ridiculous, rude staff, unhelpful, and they actually feel sorry for the people they are taking money from. Lol. Isn't that their job? To set up CHILD SUPPORT. I have so many unresolved issues that apparently will NEVER get solved. Pathetic place. They only work there to make money obviously.

This is the most sorry establishment I have ever done business with. Not only do you have to wait a thousand hours on hold until you get to speak with a representative, before typing in 15 minutes worth of of useless numbers to verify your identity, they have "mailed (apparently by mule)" my child support twice which they received over 7 business days ago, and I have yet to. The people who work for this office put you on hold for nearly every question you have to ask. For 3 years they have failed to take action on the non custodial parent when he went without paying, or paid a minimal of $50 I had to hire a lawyer to take care of the whole situation when I finally came up with the funds to do so, and I recommend you do too. These people take care a minimal things in an untimely manner; they are rude and insensitive. P.S. this is not a free service!
