Wont even allow a "no contest" plea.
Justice is NOT blind only Houston DA office is blind.
my opinion....PITIFUL, USELESS, HOPELESS.......DOSE NOT DO THE JOB...
CLOWN, FREELOADER, BUREACRATIC WASTE
The people of this county, and this entire state, need more people like you, who are truly concerned about the public safety, and finding TRUTH at all costs, not just clumsily and often times maliciously violating PEOPLE's rights to get convictions, like Chuck, Devon, and Mike, et cetera ad infinitum.
These are PEOPLE! Human beings, that the previous administration systematically destroyed for sometimes the most ridiculously slight violations of the law, and often times when the accused was innocent, and they knew it.
Justice has been available for decades in this city, if you could afford it. If you are poor, and locked up for a class B misdemeanor, your life means nothing. You'll lose your apartment, job, perhaps your vehicle, and far, far too often, you family, just because you're poor and can't afford to post bond, and/or buy your way into a chance at a fair shake.
Welcome Kim Ogg!
And a great big Thanks to Federal District Judge Lee Rosenthal, for your recent, constructive criticism for the county via your 192 page opinion and injunction!
{Just to be clear, I'm NOT thanking former D.A. chuck rosenthal, [no thanks to you, (mamzer!)]}
