For those of us in the business, you can look at the trial results to determine how well a firm is doing. This firm has obtained numerous million dollars verdicts. Very impressive.

I was invited to the conference room by an attorney. I was busy silencing my phone when this attorney accused me immediately of attempting to record our meeting. Nice attorney, judgment before facts. I was too lazy to contact the ethics board, but I wish I had. I was referred to this joint by Roberts & Roberts, and they get one (1) star as well. I should have referred them to ethics, too. Are you *positive* that you want this "attorney" representing *you?*. P.S. I have to give them at least one star. What a shame.

Definitely not my experience as with some of the comments. Unbeknownst to me I find out after, my legal representation by Marty failed to draw up a legal contract between lawyer/ client and what was agreed upon verbally was NOT how it went down in the end. "He" told me he wasn't greedy, he'd do his part, keep in contact and get it done. Within 9 months I heard from him 3 times. One conversation he said don't call me I'll call you....... umm that's not how it works as I recall.... the doctor I went to for help in the wreck was a quack and now I'm living in horrible pain and taking daily meds. My settlement was NOT discussed it was just given to me. Very rude and extremely unprofessional quick ticket off and he made alot more money then agreed upon. I would never recommend this law firm ever to anyone! Lesson learned for myself.

My experience is not like these reviews. Brent treated me with no respect and I needed a lawyer that could at least let me finish my sentences. He swore several times in his office to me while my kids were there. The lack of professionalism was off putting. "When Winning Matters" is a slogan of falsehood. Marty seemed more down to earth and would have been my choice but I left. I can't believe Marty works with a rude insensitive person. If you need an attorney that's really on your side I would shop around. Now my kids see him on T.V. and say to me, "Mom that's the guy who swears a lot." Get your act together I'm sure your parents would be ashamed of how you treat people that are supposed to trust you. Thumbs down.

They are the very best that we have seen. Super easy to do business with and their staff was absolutely the best. Kelly was the main person that we dealt with and she made it so easy for us. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made our life so much easier if we had questions she was always there to help us during the process. We are so thankful that we had Goudarzi & Young on our side!!!

September 6, 2013 I was involved in an accident with an 18 wheeler. In the days that followed I knew I was going to need legal representation. The firm of Goudarzi & Young was recommended to me. After meeting with Brent & his team, I knew I had made the right decision. I was refereed to this law office in February 2015 after a terrible tragedy struck my family, and I must say I couldn't have found a better attorney than these guys. My wife was rear ended in an automobile accident and we were referred to this firm. The accident happened in 2013 and it took over 3 YEARS to go to trial because they could not obtain an offer of more then $2200. MY kids had whiplash that eventually went away but my wife had neck and back injuries that even after treatment would not go away. In the three years we had to always call to find out the status on her case because we were not being updated. Finally a court date was set for Dec. 14th 2017, because on recommendation of attorney Young he felt she would be awarded substantially more. Only ONE week before trial we still had not heard from them, so again she called . He apologized and said he had been tied up in court. Two days later only 4 days before trial he calls back and says he is turning case over to try by another Firm, WOW! We later find out on DAY of trial that these two lawyers did not have near the experience of the firm we retained nor had NEVER tried a civil case in smith county. It gets worse they show up without my wife's Doctor, so we had no Medical Professional there to validate her injuries. After pre trial discussions with Judge they come back and proceed to tell us they just got their asses handed to them by the Judge. They were not prepared or experienced. And of course we LOST, yes my wife rear ended while sitting still and we were awarded nothing and now we are responsible for all medical bills. This Firm was not only unprofessional by handing the case off after three years 4days before trial to attorneys no where cLose to the experience we retained, but showed a total lack of care for my wife. They withheld info from us and then shared after we lost. Apparently if you are not suing for a million dollars this Firm may pass you off, I do not recommend them.
