We are about to be in Feb 2020 and my file has not been sent, the office has been FULLY paid and we are still waiting on our paperwork to be sent. The time that was given to us is not being honored. And I assume that they have a lot more cases to handle, but at the same time there is no communication between customers and the firm. You have to call to get any updates or ask if they are missing anything. Based on the representative I spoke to, we are not missing anything and our file is still with them. Knowing that all of this is very time sensitive is very unpleasant to hear that no one is doing anything but yet they’ve been paid for a service that has not been made. 6 months waiting for your file to only still be there and no one doing anything is not acceptable specially when they have all the necessary documentation to be able to complete it and send!

Everything was good up till we called again and try to set up the appointment to come in and sign the contract however both the receptionist and one of his assistants would never return our calls or give us an answer regarding our file because they could never find it. 5 times we called in 15 days and five times we never received a call back up until the 6th time when the gentlemen answering the phone stated that if we wanted to speak to the lawyer it would be a $45 fee every time we needed a consult something with him and that we would no longer have direct access to him unless he was paid for another consultation. Very disappointed in his staff. Will be looking elsewhere to have my citizenship and my wife's residency application processed. Also I want to add that the fees Mr. Zavala quoted us on our last visit had now gone up by 300 dollars. Would have been nice if they'd would have honored their initial proposal. Had they found our file, or called us back when we left the messages, or when we spoke to them, I would have gladly paid the 300 extra. It's understandable that prices and expenses change from time to time. I wish them the best of luck.
