Not only did Michael and his team fight for me to receive the full settlement amount, but they also made sure I got the best care possible when it came time for my surgery and physical therapy. Michael negotiated all my medical bills down as low as possible and issued all the payments for me. On top of getting me a life changing amount of money for my settlement he even saved me gas by driving to deliver the check to me personally! But that wasn’t the best part… The best part was him showing up in a Tesla Model 3 and taking me for a spin!!!

Michael and his team were right on top of my case and worked diligently to keep things moving in the right direction even during periods when an insurer was non-responsive. When I first contacted Michael Day law firm, it was because A. He came highly recommended and B because the lawyer I initially hired had done nothing with my case. Michael stepped in and reassured me that he would handle everything from start to finish. From the very beginning Michael was a literal ray of sunshine. He would call me even when there was no updates on my case, just to check up on me(I had injuries and was generally depressed) I'll never forget one SUNDAY he called and sat on the phone with me while I boohooed for nearly an hour. Over the next few months, he as well as his staff became like family. He answered every single time I called with a question. Weekends, and vacations included. I think the longest I waited for a reply to a question was 15 minutes, via email. He's so incredibly thorough. I can't take him enough for his professionalism, attention to detail and mostly him just being a compassionate, decent human being. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Michael Day law firm again if needed.

Today the attorney Michael refused to give me a call after I requested to speak with him several times. Every time I call his staff is very rude and non chalant. They are not good with negotiating. They did not like it when i asked about the status of my case. Shaneta said she would call me frequently she did not. Jamal had to apologize for being rude to me. This is not a good law firm. Not satisfied. I will be contacting the state bar for a lack of communication and negligence. I just learned that we never signed a liability release form to settle our case. They have to do a better job of making sure things are done decently and in order for the clients.

They have been so helpful in this terrible time in our lives.
