Greathouse did an excellent job recovering my claim from my accident. They set me up with a great chiropractor and I didn't have to do much work from there! Only thing I would've appreciated was more communication but overall I am satisfied with their service!

The response time and follow up is poor. There have been several different scenarios as to why my case hasn’t closed out yet. Allison has kept me from seeking different representation however, even her responses have begun to come later than usual. I don’t believe I will use this company again if I ever were in an accident again. I have heard of better services from larger and more visible attorneys than this office. Perhaps, I could’ve received more prompt service and attention from them.

I just want to start off by saying that Alex Chavarria, Lauren Duckworth and Allison Kight provided me with excellent customer service. Anytime I reached out to the office by email or phone, I received a response back asap. And if not asap then in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with in the office was very personable and professional. After looking for an attorney for something completely different I realized how important this is. I had two personal injury cases with Attorney Will Hagood. Although the first case did not have the outcome I expected he made up for it with the second case. Before moving on to the second case I was very frustrated with the outcome of the first case. Attorney Hagood remained very professional with me and helped me understand why my first case settled the way it did. Like I said earlier he made up for it with the second case. Although each case did not end the way I thought it would, the overall outcome ended exactly as I expected. Also, both cases (one being a tractor trailer accident) were settled in under a year! I know people who weren't at fault for accidents like mine and are on their 2-3 year waiting to settle at some other firm. Obviously each case is different so you can't expect the same time frame. However, my overall experience with Greathouse was more than pleasant. I would recommend.
