Denise Holmes is a top flight attorney, organized and honest, did everything she promised and more. Kept me update, no surprises, I would have referred my friends to her and her staff.

As far as paperwork goes, she's pretty much prompt. She submitted my information to me in a timely manner. However, she made quite a few spelling errors on my paperwork. She corrected the errors, but when talking to her, she always seemed to be in a rush and often frustrated when I asked her questions about any procedures about the divorce. To sum it up, she seemed to be annoyed all the time. She always responded with "well I emailed the instructions." And she would give some excuse about her not having a secretary and she had a lot of paperwork. I didn't expect her to be overly nice or sympathetic, but good old fashioned customer service goes a long way. She's definitely NOT a people person. I tried to use the strategy of "killing her with kindness", that didn't work either. I paid her 350 bucks to complete the divorce paperwork. She emailed me the receipt and my name wasn't spelled correctly on the receipt. I notified her about that. Her response was, "well honey, it doesn't matter. It was still taken out of your account. They only look at the numbers anyway." I have had my identity stolen before and that statement did not sit well with me at all. Of course I went along with her services because I had already paid for them.
I hope she isn't a fraud. I learned about her services from a billboard sign while riding through the Riverdale, Ga area. I just want this to be over and I hope the paperwork that she completed is legit.
