Friendly, knowledgeable, will work with you. Everything went just as they said it would and better. All I did was follow instructions. Some bad reviews are from entitled customers. I can't say all but I NEVER had an issue and ALWAYS felt welcomed. Him and his wife are very nice people. Helped turn my life around financially.

During my initial visit with Mr. Martin he seed to be quite compassionate and understanding. I was referred to Mr Martin by a colleague and friend. I had previously been railroaded by a prior attorney. Leaving me in a difficult and vulnerable position. During the meeting Mr. Martin suggested I have my house appraised. He gave me the name and number of an appraiser and a ball park estimate of the cost. He also assured me he was not getting any kickbacks for referrals. I contacted the appraiser and in the conversation I explain to him that I was referred to him by Mr Martin and asked approximately what the appraiser would cost. There was a huge difference in what Mr. Martin estimated and what the appraiser was charging. I emailed and telrphoned Mr Martin and asked about the fee I was quoted as well as another appraiser referral. Mr. Martin never returned my phone call nor did respond to my email but sent me a letter. In this letter he accused me of refusing to get an appraisal which is not true. I'm merely wanted to confirm with him before I made any decisions. In Mr. Martin's letter he refuses to represent me in this legal matter or any other future legal matter. I find this extremely rude and unprofessional. If Asyou're not getting a kickback from this appraiser w,difference does it make what appraiser I choose?
Given this experience I had I WOULD NEVER recommend Keith Martin!

Mr Martin and his wife are amazing people. They are very compassionate and understanding of your situation and they both explain everything in detail so you understand.

They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Extremely fair pricing. He was cheaper than others that I got quotes from. Anytime I had a question, I got an extremely fast response. Didn't even feel like I was talking to a lawyer.. it felt like I was talking to someone who really wanted to help me. I probably got on their nerves with all my questions but if I did, they never showed it! Extremely professional!
