Worst in customer service. They don’t answer calls, text or email no matter the urgency of your case. DO NOT waste your money and time. Dealing with them has caused so much stress to my friend. They charge $2500 non refundable and you won’t hear from them anymore. It has been three days calling them in vain.

Called and went through a lengthy process over the phone just to get info on a stepparent adoption, was told that I needed to come in for a consultation. The consultation was scheduled for 1:00 in the afternoon, we got there at 12:58. The receptionist came and gave us more forms to fill out JUST for the consultation. We filled them out and sat for almost an hour and saw NO ONE!! This left a very uneasy feeling because several people came out but the attorney that we were there to see, never came to greet us, no one except the receptionist and that was just to give us the forms.

I have worked with Doug Wright and Shannon for a long time. They have gone above and beyond for us and could not have been more satisfied. I have recommended them to others as well who have used them and have said the same thing. I am glad I trusted them with my situation. They are simply the best

Called and spoke with a very nice lady on the phone. She said an attorney would call me back, and she would send me paperwork in the mail. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. Never heard from them.

Rip off and the lawyer I was scheduled to see was 20min late but they made sure to take my payment for her hourly fee so I wouldn't leave.

This firm is wonderful. I recommend working with Doug & Maricela. With the support of my family my mother previously hired this firm to handle her crazy divorce. Even though she didn't speak english, Maricela made everything understandable to my mother and translated at all court hearings. My mother was a victim of domestic violence so for her safety she had to move to California during her divorce case and Doug made everything convenient for her. Very professional office. I went in for family law consultation with my son and I was immediately treated with the utmost respect by the receptionist. The receptionist is so sweet, she started conversation with us and made us feel welcomed. We met with Doug and he introduced us to his paralegals who would be working on my sons case, they are amazing. Most importantly, they are bilingual. I am recommending my family and friends here.

I can't begin to stress how much I wouldn't recommend this firm. I've already settled after waiting 2 years to hear, talk, or see anyone in person. It was either settle or statue of limitations run out. After settling, I find out that I'm responsible for paying for future medical care out of pocket. So, the money is nearly gone and I'm still hurt and can't work, so no income. This by far the worst attorney firm in the world.

They were helpful, when I was paying them. Now that I simply need the records from my case (that I am willing to pay for, for an ongoing case), I can't even get a call back to save my (or my kids) life. I've been trying for at least a month, and my info has been recorded at least 6 times for someone to call me back. I even went up there, and still nothing.

I have to say I have NEVER hired Leslie Burgoyne or Bailey & Galyen. I have only been a defendant/opposition against her. My ex wife is good friends with her, she represents her almost every time. Unethical but then again she is an attorney. THANK GOD my ex wife is as sharp as a bag of rocks. Between Leslie Burgoyne not showing up to court, filing needless and inadmissible garbage ( to increase fees on my ex) I never have to worry about Leslie and my ex wife winning anything! I have won every time! 5 Stars for her being your opponent! Ha! She didn't file the appropriate paperwork for my ex wife, to which did cause some minor problems for me, so I called Mr. Galyen to see why this wasn't done. Hilariously he answered my call with " Hi did you have a problem with one of our attorneys?" I guess that was a common call at Bailey! FYI other attorney's laugh at Burgoyne; hope that you dear reader get to face her in court. ( or maybe not, she doesn't show up for court) If your looking to hire this firm, it would be better to throw your money in a barrel fire...

My brother had chosen Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law to represent him while going thru a divorce. He was assigned to Doug Wright and Shannon Worley. He became close to Doug & Shannon and considered them to be friends, not just business associates over the year or so they worked together. I meet Doug and Shannon for the first time in December not under good circumstances, my brother had passed away. Doug and Shannon were extremely thoughtful and considerate when I meet with them. I can understand why my brother spoke so highly of them. I decided to hire Doug & Shannon to represent myself while going thru probate. I immediately felt comfortable around them and was always able to communicate and receive a response to any situation that arose. They made me feel like I was their only client. I too feel a special friendship with Doug and Shannon. They made a very difficult time a little easier. Doug & Shannon now represent me and my family.

Please disregard the comment regarding DOUG WRIGHT below. He has practiced family law longer than I have been alive, and is one of the most well respected professionals in the legal community. I have known him for many years and can say without a doubt he is one of the top family attorneys in The Metroplex. It is expected that people unfamiliar with the legal process would lash out at attorneys and assistance whenever a result of the case didn't not turn out in their favor. If you want your case handled the correct way, hire Doug and Shannon.

From the beginning, I knew my divorce was going to be anything but smooth. I went into Doug's office feeling scared and confused about what was fixing to happen. Doug calmly explained the process and prepared me for possible outcomes. Communication was always on point, and his paralegals were always very knowledgeable about my case. Shannon was very helpful making sure my fees were under control while Maricela made sure I didn't lose my mind.
One in particular time, Doug was in court and briefly unavailable and Maricela, his paralegal, could tell I needed some guidance regarding paperwork. She took her time and walked me through it without making me feel like a burden. Had it not been for her that day, I may have hit my breaking point because of my uncooperative co-parent.
Knowing I'm not their only client is a given, but feeling like I'm their only client because of their dedication made the difference.

Process was easy to get started. Was told from get go how things would happen.
Was quoted one price for services, and somehow was "mis quoted" by $200, but some how the amounts steadily increased, even after I had the final amount used (with well over $600 left on retainer)
3 months later, my papers still have not been sent off to the AG and cannot get a proper response from Shannon or Mr.Wright.
Not feeling too pleased with this law-firm.

Takes advantage of low income disabled veteran.

Called and talked to a Doug Wright, explained that all I needed was a change of child support payment review, he said okay, $1,700 and we'll have it done by July, (thus was May). His Paralegal Shannon tells me to submit my income pay statements that show the least amount of overtime because I have to work as much overtime as I can to be able to pay child support and have money left over for my family.

1st court date was August 29th, he said I will be able to call in (because I'm in Minnesota and can't physically make it there) he calls me in between meetings with the assistant District Attorney to ask about the false claims my ex wife is making and doesn't call me back until 3 hours later.

When he does call me back he mentions that the judge wants to speak with me and rescheduled the court date for 3 weeks. I asked him why didn't he just call me I was sitting by the phone the entire time.. he says he didn't think about that.

19 September. Again, was told that I could call in and explain the situation myself... nope, he calls me in between meetings and my ex didn't even show up to court. He says that I have to pay $50 extra per month for my son's health insurance even though my ex lost her job and has my son on low income health insurance... (same as me. Only I can go to the VA).

So now it's going to be 4-6 weeks before the paperwork is even ready to be submitted for a judges signature and pushed through to the state dispersal unit.. 4-6 more weeks of barely paying my bills and food on the table. And now I just get a call from them today that they want another $1,275 for doing the paperwork and the 2nd court appearance... which I don't have (i.e. Low Income) and besides that I'M STILL PAYING THE OLD AMOUNT FOR CHILD SUPPORT. So now I have a feeling that nothing is going to get done on their end until the amount is paid in full all the while I'm still over paying on child support.

$525 first court appearance
$1,275 for 2nd court appearance and paperwork Review.

Started in May and it's now about to be November and they still haven't finished my review.

I recommend him, he is very knowledgeable person.
