Total lack of communication.

First off very affordable $$$$$$!!! Second Mr Bobby and Ms Leslie are wonderful and fantastic at there Job. They turned a very stressful problem into a very helpful solution. Very impressive and efficient with my court case. So happy I was able to get everything done with there help.

Amazing people they did a great job on my case.

As per request from the Court and through family members, requesting a bond reduction to no avail.. the case could not be discussed or requests from family members.. always the answer was have Him write a letter to Mr Barina. That means I would have to write a letter to inmate saying he can’t listen to me, you’ll have to write a letter to me Barina. By this time, he’ll would of frozen over because he simply will not go and see his client IN THE JAIL HOUSE!!!

Like many other reviews on here, stay far away from this law firm. I asked them to stop working on my case because I needed a new attorney but they kept working and charged me. After only two working days, they said our whole retainer was used. Every time I called the office and barely spoke to the front desk, I was charged. Every time I sent a message on MyCase, it counted as an email, even a simple ‘thank you’ message. They never told us that it counted as an email. TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSEWHERE FOLKS.

He doesn't do a good job representing. He doesn't return phone calls. He doesn't have his clients best interest in mind. He's only about money. Find someone else. Really. Don't waste your time or money.

I have never in my life had an experience like this with people who are supposed to be professionals!
Please if anyone reads this do not use this firm!!!
Also, if anyone knows how I can take some type of action against this firm for malpractice, unethical practice or misrepresentation of counsel please let me know!!!
These people had me deposit a $2,000 retainer to 1.represent me at a court coming up on the 18th
2.also to file a counter motion

They just withdrew from my case a couple days before the court date that they charged me $1500 to be represented at!

They also never filed the motion they charged me $500 to file

I wish I would have read the reviews before hiring this firm!!!!

BOBBY Barina is a pure thief, he and his staff are full of lies. They will take your money and run. Look at all the other reviews with poor ratings. I have already informed higher levels of the nearby military installation not to use this guy. He stole my money and my case was dismissed because he failed to respond. Any attorney linked with this guy I would highly advise and encourage you to stay away from. I'm sure he or his crooked staff will try and write in the comments as if I'm dissatisfied of the outcome but their was no outcome, he and his staff took my money with no problem . And he has some connections with the Austin state bar which is why I'm telling everyone who I can about this crook.

Did very little. Refused to return phone calls but charged me every time I called. Ended up paying him a fortune for my trouble. Would not recommend, especially if there is a time constraint on the case.

Bobby and Leslie are amazing! Very professional, incredibly helpful. I was grateful to have them on my case. Leslie made me feel very comfortable and was always very polite and organized.

I used this law firm a few years ago in my child custody/support case...Mr. Barina at the time was the 2nd most expensive attorney in that area at the time. This guy is a joke! Once he has your money he doesn't care! I had witnesses and everything for my case. They where never called upon. Communication was lacking. It is very difficult to get a hold of him. We spoke literally right before we went into the court! Horrible experience! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I literally got off the phone with Mr. Barina, he is an amazing attorney, very knowledgeable and is very sympathetic to my concerns. Leslie is awesome she set up a phone call with him in a very timely manner. Best law firm in Killeen.

After over two years, still nothing from this lawyer. Never returns email or calls in a reasonable time. Had to go to another lawyer who actually knows what he's doing and he completed my dfas case in only two months. Go elsewhere, you won't regret it.

His assistant is flat out rude and on a power trip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE DOES BUSINESS HERE. I will never deal with her again and he has now lost business because of her.

I just called in wanting to see why I haven't received a call back from Mr. Barina abut some follow up on the close of my case and she stated that he was out of the office for the day. I stated that I understand that he is busy and that my reason for calling two days in a row is that I am really pressed to get the answers I need to my questions. His assistant then became rude in her tone and stated that Mr. Barina is not busy. (Now, if he is not busy, then why is he not returning my calls?) After stating that is he busy if he is not in the office or able to return my call, she then rudely interrupt me stating that Mr. Barina is not busy and that he is dealing will personal family matter. (Aka he is busy with family stuff) At that point I mentioned to her about her tone and how rude it is and she went off stating that I am disrespecting her. I told her I wasn't disrespecting her and that she needs to understand the context of which the word "busy" was used in. She then went on to argue some more, I told her that when I come up there, we can have a heart to heart to understand each other better and she for some reason took it as a threat to harm her and said she would have me arrested and that Mr. Barina and her will no longer be working with me and that my number will be blocked. She obviously doesn't understand that I will at some point will be seeing Mr. Barina and that requires me to come to the office. So after arguing some more trying to get her to understand that I will be in the office at some point, that, I was in no way, making threats and that her customer service skills need some serious improvement and that she needs to understand her position and her place, I just end the conversation. AGAIN DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS OFFICE! If this is the quality of personal he keeps, it is no wonder I didn't feel completely satisfied when my case was over.

Right now I can't say much about this person I can't never get in touch with him can someone please help me with another way of getting touch with him do anyone have another phone number please

this attorney is horrible, ive called several times just to get a consult on my situation, and they keep blowing me off. they say they will return my call but here it is 2 weeks later and no phone call. I wouldn't recommend this attorney at all you'll get more out of talking to a wall then these people.
