I just finished my first meeting with Chase Evans. He gave me the advice I needed and listened to every detail of my complicated case. The lady in the front greeted me immediately and even brought me water and coffee. I can tell this is a great office to work with.

It was absurd, I just skimmed through it. But I needed the laugh. I would have given them 4 stars if they just said “we’re sorry. Because of X,Y and Z reasons, it never occurred to us that this attorneys proximity would upset you. We hope you understand”. I’m sure they’re a good enough legal firm, but they really dropped the ball with me.

My attorney was Leann Diamond. She ignored my calls as I begged to save my children from my extremely violent husband. She didn't show up for court dates. I lost 95% of my estate and haven't seen my children or spoken with them in many months. She laughed in my face while calling me white trash at the court house. She filed nothing to get my kids back. She attempted to withdraw herself from my case within hours of our final hearing which would have left me without representation. I wish nothing more than for her to feel what it's like to never see her children again. My son is 9 years old and has many intellectually disabilities and begs his father to see me and has even started to attempt suicide and murder of the child of his caregiver who is not his father. My children are dieing from the inside out and she is doing nothing to help them. I pray that one day I can afford another attorney as it will take a miracle from God since my ex husband cost me my professional licensure. She couldn't be involved with that as it was not technically part of the divorce.

Since I posted this Leann scheduled a hearing to appeal the judge's decision. She knew I was not financially prepared for this, as the emails we exchanged clearly state. Then in the last moments before the hearing she withdrew herself from representing me. She emailed me saying she couldn't represent someone who left this type of review about her. Once again I was with no representation within moments of a hearing. This makes at least three hearings she didn't show up for and at least one that she disrupted. It was so bad that during my divorce proceedings the judge yelled at her to get to a point and stop repeating herself. I am yet to know what damage she caused me this time personally with her unethical practices.

This is just the beginning. I have started a podcast detailing all the events I have endured during the attack my family and I experienced because I chose to leave a violent man.

I would highly recommend Luce Law and specifically Joe Luce and his team to anybody that has been injured in an accident. Insurance companies are not your friend, and they will take advantage of you if you give them the opportunity. I had a difficult case because I was hit by a car while riding a bike and the police officer wrote a report putting me at fault based solely on what the guy that hit me told him. The officer never asked me what happened. Despite these challenges, Joe was able to negotiate with the insurance company and overcome many obstacles to eventually receive a settlement that I was pleased with. Joe is experienced and he knows what he is doing. I would have received nothing and lost thousands of dollars if it were not for Joe and his team. Not to mention, Joe is an incredible man of honesty and integrity, which is hard to come by and vitally important for an attorney representing you to to have. Sandy and Kristin are a key part of Joe’s team and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them as well. They work extremely hard, are very responsive, and did an overall fantastic job throughout the entire process. Joe, Sandy, and Kristin are all rock stars and I would hire them 100 times over. Dealing with insurance companies after an accident can be unspeakably disheartening and hopeless. Even though I knew with 100% certainty that the accident was not my fault and the driver lied to the police officer, I can honestly say that I was about to give up on fighting my liability for all of my medical bills prior to being referred to Joe. Sorely disappointed with this law firm. I hired Mr. Pennington to represent me in a divorce/child custody and support case back in July/August of 2016 after my mother found this firm. I was looking for a Christian firm and was so relieved when I had the initial consultation. They seemed knowledgeable and willing/able to help. His retainer was on the high end of the market, but he was willing to take payment so I went ahead. Mr. Pennington represented me until March of 2017, during which time he became less and less responsive and he encouraged me to mediate/settle to my very great regret. Looking back and having gained more experience in this process, several things were given up to my ex that were completely one-sided (didn't even make it to standard language that is typically considered "fair" for me and my interests) and to this day and the foreseeable future have left me in a very compromised situation and fighting an uphill battle with more court battles and retainers to undo what should have been justly given to me to begin with. I would not recommend their family services to anyone. I waited months to write this review so that I would have some perspective and I still feel absolutely cheated.

I went into this firm to obtain a divorce attorney, I was introduced to Austin Pennington. I ended up retaining him as the initial meeting was great and in the beginning stages he was awesome. Toward the final stages I found myself having to reach out to them several times and ask for information that they should have willing provided. Well the final straw which led me to write this review, I made it very clear that my ex made almost 3x my salary and the child support from him was detrimental to our survival. After a few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from child support, I reached out to Austin and his team, they advised me to contact child support division. I reached out to child support and there was NO RECORD of my case, they advised me I needed to apply online, reached back out to Austin to confirm if this is what I needed to do, a day later I get a response stating yes. I'm thinking to myself WOW you could have made me aware of this 3 weeks ago, I don't feel like they had my best interest in mind. The way I'm feeling at this moment, he deserves 0 star but that wouldn't be fair as he did get the job done and he was just okay, not great and not terrible. Would I hire him again absolutely NOT!

A rear end collision that was transformed from a nightmare to a story with a fairy tale ending! Ken and I were truly blessed that God led us to Joe! The insurance company had tried to use scare tactics to get us to settle for a totally rediculous amount of $100 each. We knew this could not be fair and decided to seek help. Our 7-year-old son experienced a very painful and traumatic leg injury due to a defective product. The Luce Law staff is very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time compassionate. In our specific case, an injury happened due to no contributing factor of the victim. The medical expenses far exceeded the insurance liability limits or financial capabilities of the instigator. Luce Law identified that another insurance policy was applicable given the specific circumstances of our case which helped to cover our out of pocket expenses. We would have never researched or thought to file a claim against the other insurance carrier.

I highly recommend Luce Law. Joe, and Sandy, his senior paralegal, are AMAZING! I met with Joe personally, face-to-face, and Sandy. The meeting was not rushed, he was well-informed of my situation, and took time to listen. He made eye contact the whole time, and genuinely seemed he cared.
