Normally I would not take the time to post reviews, ever, but how can I not give this Attorney the credit he deserves! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kent Starr, he is not only the best Criminal Defense Attorney, he is a wonderful person! My son was facing 15 to 25 years in prison for 3 counts of engaging in organized criminal activity, 4 counts of delivery of a controlled substance and 1 count of place weapons prohibited and Kent was able to get him 5 years in prison which will run concurrently. My son was on a 10-year probation period which he revoked, so considering all the charges he was facing, 5 years is a major blessing! Ken Starr is a true professional. During my initial phone consultation he gave me a no BS assessment of my situation and how much it was going to cost upfront. My husband wound up getting three years deferred probation. Allowing him 2 have his charges dropped off of his record after he completes probation with no conviction. In addition a $500 fine for all charges combined as well as minimal community service. He was looking at a $10,000 fine and 2 years in state jail. That was for only 1 of his charges. In addition to that a $1,000 fine for his other charge. They initially wanted him to be convicted as a felon period and were not willing to negotiate. Mr. Starrs' persistence and hard work throughout this entire proceeding and difficult time for our family went above and beyond what we could have ever asked for. He was able to get my husband minimal punishment and an outcome that our family was more than satisfied with. He has been more than helpful throughout this entire process, continually answers the phone no matter what time or what else he has going on in the moment. He has work worked this case in a timely manner and done a fabulous job at getting what our family has hoped and ask for.

There are certain times in your life where you have to do something you really don’t want to do but have to. I had one of those. I had a beloved cat that was 20. That’s 100 human. He wasn’t him anymore. You could tell he was hurting. Past injuries coming home to roost.

I got this cat from Plano animal services. He was 12 then. I’m older and really don’t want to leave my fur babies behind. Well that tragic day came and I took him back to where I’m legally entitled to take him. 1. I pay taxes. Lived here for 17 yrs. 2. They knew him. They took my money. Seemed to care.

Then in 3 hrs. Called to tell me they were suing me for neglect. I took care of this cat for 8 yrs. and at 20, when’s he’s at his worst they sue me. Really? Since tiger, I’ve adopted 2 other senior dogs.

They took me to trial. Got there in the morning before 8am. By 8:15. They folded. No case. This is after months of using Kenneth Starr to make this absolutely stupid stuff go away. This is by far the worst place to contact for legal advice. No they did not represent me and I would never want them to. I spoke to the attorney and he kept asking me was I from the US. What does that have to do with the question I asked? Nothing. Did he get his law degree from the US? If so, he would know the difference between a criminal defense attorney and an attorney that is a prosecutor. That's all he had to say. So, that's a no for me.
