This amazing man fought for me and gave me the courage to stand up for myself. My case was very difficult and he was up against four other high powered lawyers, but Mr. Milne didn't let them intimidate him or me. I am very pleased with the outcome and if I ever need future advise, this is the man that I trust.

Sorriest “professional” I’ve ever had displeasure of doing business with. My husband, who had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and I paid him $10,000 to plan our Estate in order to keep from growing broke. He wanted all our assets and liabilities, which Joe and I handcartier to his legal receptionist immediately. After a year if no comminications, despite many requests, he asked for same thing! I send him all his nfo certified, return receipt and got notice back Myra had also signed for this. Except this time he wanted All ORIGINALS of paperwork! I later found out 2 things:
1. My multi-million brother in Austin said he paid much less for a more difficult estate, and
2.originals are not required.
After a good year, I the ONLY response I got was from his paralegal, who daid each time” You haven’t gotten that yet...It’s on his desk”!
What was on his desk was Estate Summary (a’ misnomer) because thar merely recaps your assets/liabilit s...which he had...TWICE!!
An ESTATE PLAN is what he should have completed..because my husband was in a memory care home by this time. After a final contentious phone call FROM HIM (the1st in 2-1/2 years)....I fired him. His contract specifies NO REFUNDS, PERIOD. I spoke with Texas Bar Asdociation and they encouraged me to file two separate complaintants with two depts...one to get my money back. By this time, I had been diagnosed with terminal lung disease, was sick, and dealing with probating my mom’s will, and other family matters...so I think time limit of 3 years expired...but I still need to verify that! If not, Now I have time to file. Let me add, I also went to another estate atty. who cost me $6,000 (completely screwed up Estate Plan and had ALL OUR MONEY tied up in Annunities that charged a high fee every time you took $ out! That included our household money...thanks to his “friend” in Austin he “liked to use”. His actions cost me $16,000 more because he didn’t save me a dime!
Long review I know, but if you ate getting Estate Planning...you HAVE to stay on top of it...I don’t care who you use ....regardless of ***** in this town. They will lie and mislead for their benefit!

He helped my wife get her LLC and tax papers in order. He made our life much easier by doing all the complicated filing and paperwork for us. Thanks Mr. Milne
