My experience with Lori and my attorney Andrew Strong were smooth, cooperative and wonderfully respectful.

The firm worked with me in every aspect of the legal process from deposition to mediation. I felt well prepared every step of the way and my lawsuit was resolved in a timely manner.

Very disappointing experience I wish you could give less then one star. It’s sad when the attorney ends up with a better settlement then the client.

Just a lack of communication from them during the whole process and we were just left with did they fight hard for us or did the insurance give them a kickback to lowball feeling. We weren't to happy to settle for the amount we did but it was honestly let's get this over because it's taking to long about a year and a half and it was clearly the other drivers fault. It was stuck in audit status for six months before negotiations even started and that was after the chiropractic treatment was done. I read the reviews on here before I contacted them and said most of these are positive, but in reality my experience was in line with the negative ones.

Texas premise negligence law is tricky and difficult for a client in my position to fully understand and the firm did a really great job informing me of the law and how it affected my case and injury. They did not try and sell me to go to trial or to accept an offer right away just to get to a quick settlement. The firm put my best interest first as best as they could combat TX law for negligence cases and set realistic expectations. For that I am very grateful. I would highly reccomend the firm.

When I was injured in a car accident, my chiropractor recommended the Barber Law firm to help me recover medical costs and damages from the accident. From the beginning it was clear that they thought I was exaggerating my injuries, even with my chiropractor and radiologist and mri proving to them that the accident had caused spinal trauma. Still, they came highly recommended and I hired them because of my trust of my chiropractor. Over a year later, the Barber law firm has not done any work on my case besides collect bills. I ceased medical treatment last February. All of my bills and records were in the hands of my attorney by mid May. I had a conversation with my attorney Matt Herzog in which he told me a demand letter would be sent 4 weeks after they had received my medical records.

Well. It is now the end of August. They either ignored my emails asking for an update, or, when they responded, they essentially blew smoke at me- ie no real update, just "things are in progress". Since May. I expected the demand letter to be sent by early July. When that was not the case, I took a deep breathe and waited another few weeks. They, as 8/19, had not even done the work I was told would be done within 4 weeks. It is now 12 weeks that they have sat on my case file and done nothing- and the best excuse my attorney had was my case had complicated redactions. I called other PI firms and they confirmed what I already suspected- an additional 8 weeks for "redactions" is code for "we don't care about you or your case".

As of this morning, I have terminated my agreement with them. Even though recovery of any settlement will take long now that I have to find a new attorney, it is worth it to not support such an unprofessional firm. Spare yourself the frustration and stress and find an attorney who CARES. It is not this firm or their attorney

Pretty disappointed with the quality of work done by Andrew Strong. He seemed like did not want to fight for me and took the easiest/quickest option the insurance company offered.

I learned a lot, I learned that I don't need an attorney for car accidents. I learned that attorneys will tell you anything to get you to sign on the line. I learned that The Barber Law firm is not setup to handle clients that don't have medical insurance, and request LOP to get medical treatment.

The driver who caused the wreck made wild accusations like I was speeding, and that I fled the scene. I didn't not like my experience with barber's law firm.
My case lasted a year and during the whole year I had to call to pressure them, to get updates (even they kept telling me the same) to see if they needed anymore information about my case .
The case was fully on my side ! I had my car totaled and paid at a great price before I contacted them (by Brian loncar )
I got hurt had treatment for injuries and my daughter aswell and barber's did not fight enough to pay the hospitals they only fought to get enough for themselves.
(I stop getting represented by Brian low-carb because they realized the guy that crashed me was being represented by them too and since he contacted them first I had to look somewhere else)
I did check out the reviews on barber's and since they were all positive I contacted them and I regret it...
It's too late for me my case ended...
But don't get fooled by the fancy office, and friendly staff ...
I did and now I have bills that I can't pay.
