If you're looking for a personal injury lawyer this is definitely the person to see. I don't even know if they allow me enough characters in this review forum to type everything I like and appreciate about Mr Drott, but here goes.

Initially, I contacted a competing law firm. I don't want to mention them by name. They never called me back - thank GOD because I later heard/read some unfavorable information which would have certainly affected my case. Mr Drott came highly recommended to me by a few people. He doesn't run any fancy ads on TV and there's a reason. He has a very clever business philosophy (for an attorney) and it works for him. He may not take on as many cases as some competitors but this is by design as it allows him the time to work closely with and get to know the hand full he does chose to take on. Quality instead of quantity!!

Through his persistence and negotiations, Mr Drott was incredibly diligent in maximizing what we could get from the insurance companies. I really had no idea how complicated this undertaking could be but it turns out it can be very arduous. Mr Drott always explained EVERYTHING in great detail. Because of the complexity of my case along with a general lack of understanding the laws he sometimes had to explain things to me a couple of times but always did it with grace and patience. I was ALWAYS copied on all correspondence going back and forth between his office and the insurance companies. There simply just was never a moment when I didn't know what was going on.

This is sort of "getting into the weeds" so to speak but I would never understand what an ERISA plan is without his desire to make certain his clients understand even the most intricate parts of this process. If you're reading this now and you don't have an attorney yet I will tell you Mr Drott will be THE ONE who will work his ass off to broker the best deal in the event you're faced with an ERISA lien. I'm pretty sure many of his competitors don't have the time to explain what this is, let alone negotiate the compromise. He worked VERY hard to make sure I didn't end up having to pay all of my claim money to cover the ERISA lien.

If I could give Mr Drott more than 5 stars I would. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me. He ALWAYS went above and beyond throughout the entire process. And I can't complete this review without recognizing his assistant, Carla. She also was fantastic to work with and was always so prompt in responding to all of my questions. Even during times I was acting impatient and asking stupid questions she was also incredibly respectful towards me.

Call in to a attorney about inmate injury and WAS ASK WHAT THE SEVERITY OF THE INJURY and I explain I could not tell because of the hippa policy and the deputy wouldn't talk to me.she ask the same question over and over .
