Linda has been awesome throughout the process, answered all questions I may have had . She is very knowledgeable and the staff is always timely in responding to needs. I would highly reccomend Linda. If you want someone who is going to fight for you, she's the one.

Just took 1800 of my money... and did nothing on my case. I retained her for about a 2week or so. When she was not going to be available for my up coming court dates I decided to no longer have her as my attorney. When I asked if I could get some of my retainer back Ms Risinger Said yes. Then her paralegal “did the bills” and decided I get nothing back.
Buyer beware Ms Risinger loves to talk a big game but gives a lot of run around talk.

Tried for two weeks to get information from them about living trust her firm was attorney on 20 years ago. No one ever called back. When I finally reached some one they told me they don't do that kind of work any more. Communication is not their strong suit. I'm 86 years old and don't have a lot of time left here. It would have been nice to know that two weeks ago so I could find someone who does.
