Mrs. Joslin is by far the most compassionate, respectful and professional lawyer I have met. From day one she was upfront and honest, describing every detail that I would need to know about my case. She answered every question I would have asked before even asking. Basically allowed opposing side to walk all over and lie the whole way through the case. No defense really. If it involves a big name company, find a big name lawyer. Not impartial in representing multiple clients.

Good attorney who didnt just take the case for money

If your'e looking for a fierce lady lawyer, she's the one! She is not afraid to go to battle for her clients. She is also very professional and still personable as well. I would recommend her to anyone, and I do. She handled a very serious case and did exactly what she said she would. She's an awesome lawyer to have on your side.

Based on experience working with her representing the defense in a criminal trial, I highly recommend Soraya Joslin for your legal needs:
(1) She cares. Soraya took the time to understand the defendant--what she was capable of, what mistakes she may have made, and the fact that she was in an unfair position. She went above and beyond to get results more quickly than the system is designed to do.
(2) She is very knowledgeable about the law. For our case, she was able to incorporate information relating to Probate (even though it wasn't directly related) to help demonstrate that the criminal charges were invalid.
(3) She is clever. She knows how to work the system to get around delays and other roadblocks by finding creative ways of engaging the other side.
