After an illegal eviction attempt by my apartment complex, I needed to just TALK to a lawyer about options moving forward. NO ONE, of a dozen Phoenix attorneys, would even return my calls or emails. This effort began back in October 2018, BEFORE this issue mushroomed in a very disturbing situation. I couldn’t get anyone to LISTEN long enough to retain them for a court hearing. Fortunately, I was able to get the case dismissed myself. But I still wanted the advice of a member of the bar. Litigation is not my purpose - I just wanted a legal opinion. Ms. Innabi’s office not only LISTENED to me in my initial phone call, she scheduled a free 20 minute phone consult for the next business day. Throughout the weekend, I received confirming emails from her office which enabled me to dial down my stress level which has been overboard since October! Ms. Innabi took time out of her busy day to listen AND recommend a colleague whom specialized in the area of law that I was involved. Her clients are primarily landlords, therefore, under normal circumstances, representing me would be a conflict of interest. My issue is actual civil litigation which is not what she handles. Yet she was kind enough to listen and guide me to the right law office. I would have gladly PAID Ms. Innabi for her free advice. A plethora of other so-called Phoenix lawyers wouldn’t even take my money for a 15 minute consultation! I just hope they keep being “Ballers” for the rest of their career that can turn down FREE MONEY! I’ve been coming to Mae Innabi for about 2 years now. It has been such a pleasure dealing with her. Her office makes everything so convenient for someone like me who is involved in a lot of real estate transactions she is an absolute must. Hello, Ms Innabi came highly recommend from one of my friends. I was looking for an attorney to do a couple LLC for business as well as my rental properties. I hired Mae and everything went very smooth I was very impressed. Fast forward 8 months later I had 3 evictions going on at once and became very overwhelmed trying to deal with it as I was getting my new business off the ground I hired Mae and within two weeks all three of my problems were dealt with. I want to believe it was a miscommunication from her office but I have two confirmation emails that she was going to call, on June 4th @ 12:30PM but failed to do so. I had to reschedule a medical appt and sit by the phone all day to maximize my consultation and determine if I would need to hire her. My phone number is correct on her 2 confirmation emails so I don't know what happen. It is now June 7th and I have not heard from her or her office. The issues with my tenant escalated that I had to file an order of protection.

These ladies are amazing. They care, they work to completion. Hire them. Right now.

Because of an appointment that I had with that law firm, I had to leave two hours early from work. They even sent me an email reminder about the appointment. Then I received a phone call from the receptionist stating that they represent only landlords, not tenants.
