We needed our Will made up and to know the differences between Living Trust and Will. Mr OBrien made it easy to understand and took the time we needed. He was helpful in bringing up issues we hadn’t thought of. And we did our homework. A trustworthy team we fell confident they had our best interest at heart.

I would not recommend any family or friends to be represented by Keist Law, Attorneys & counselors at Law located on 7508 N 59th Avenue, Glendale, Az. 85301. I was lied to and charged a huge flat fee of $1000 for only filling out their worksheet and them transferring to their documents to be mailed to me for signatures. I did not need to move forward with their services as I was able to do a short sale on my home. I was explained by Jackson that the cost of the bankruptcy would be $2400. I then get an email from the attorney's assistance stating their will be an extra $1500 attorney fee added, which was never explained in my meeting with the attorney Jackson or the assistant Connie. I received an email from the attorneys assistant stating what my repayment would be to the trustee, but then received their documents in the mail with the amount being a lot higher then she listed on the email. I was lied to about how much it would cost for the bankruptcy and I lied to of how much my repayment would be to the trustee. I was not represented in court, they did not reach out to my first or second mortgage lenders and I did not sign or return their documents and again charged $1000. I went to them for help and feel they were all about the money. Once you pay them they do not respond to your calls or emails. Also, it took over a month to get a breakdown of what I was being charged for and a partial refund. I would not recommend this firm for your business.

I was in County Jail and had someone mention they had a family friend who was an attorney. I was told he had integrity and wouldn't rip me off for his services. To make a long story short. He came and saw me for about 20 minutes in county jail only after receiving a thousand dollar initial retainer fee. I ended up not retaining him and requested a refund of some kind and was told the time spent on my case was for that $1000. Do the math 20/1000. That is $50 a minute. He is not that entertaining and honestly I question his integrity in this matter.
