My wife used them and the same thing that has been mentioned previously has happened to her. Chuck told my wife to continue to get care if she is still hurting then at the deposition a lawyer (Colby) who she has never met showed up and knew nothing about the case (He had to ask her what was going on...). The proposed settlement was way lower than we were told because my wife continued to get care..thanks Chuck. We emailed him saying we were going to report to the bar because they refused to take less and said my wife was making it all up and if we took it to the bar he would win because its our word vs. his. He'll cheat you out of the money you deserve.

In 2006 this man prepared no defense and i was forced to enter a plea bargain. I did not one day in jail because i started fighting for myself. I complained to the bar he said i had buyers remorse. This was my life not a dress. This was police retaliation from the EL mirage p.d. they have charged me with 3 crimes since this one. Only now i get copies of the reports and ive not been convicted since. It took 11 years to get my felony set aside. I was better off taking the firdt plea. He did the depositions telephonically and had other laeyers show up in court. Wouldnt even give me my records. He was sued in appellate court. I cant change that a judge takes a way my constitutional right to self representation and dissmisses a case that wasnt served i can only say i have a law degree and anyone can do a better job then Charles Franklin.

I CAME TO CHUCK IN LATE 2018 FOR A DUI CHARGE, NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO GO WITH THE CASE, NEED LESS TO SAY I WAS AMAZED AT THE THINGS HE WAS ABLE TO DO. YES I STILL HAD SOME CHARGES , BUT WAS THE BARE MINIMUM OF EVERYTHING!!!! NO SR22 INSURANCE EVEN LOL HE WAS TRULY AMAZING AND SHOWED UP FOR ALL MY APPEARANCES EVEN WHEN I WAS UN ABLE TO MAKE IT. HE DROVE ALL THE WAY TO GLOBE SEVERAL TIMES . I WILL AND HAVE RECOMMENDED PEOPLE TO HIM FOR SERVICE ALREADY. CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIS SERVICE !! HE CARES ABOUT PEOPLE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO TAKE THE STEPS. THANKS AGAIN CHUCK.

This guy is completely disrespectful if you rub him the wrong way. He talks like he's a big shot and makes you a lot of promises but really he's just doing that to steal your money. He stole my money and didn't even go to work for me. Do not go with Chuck Franklin, he is horrible.

I was involved in a motorcycle vs. truck accident and was off road on an Indian reservation. I was seriously injured and unable to work. With my medical bills piling up, I went to see an attorney to discuss my options and was told I had no case since I was on the reservation. With pressure mounting from being out of work and my medical expenses increasing, I remembered meeting Chuck Franklin at the motocross track and decided to go see him. I hired Chuck that day. Although my case took nearly a year to be completely settled due to my injuries, Chuck was able to not only obtain the policy limits from the other drivers insurance, but was also able to collect from my wife's under insured portion of insurance. Once it seemed like the case was closed, the hospital attempted to come after me for additional medical expenses beyond what they had settled for. At this point Mr. Franklin sprang back into action to insure that I would be left with some financial resources to continue my life. I am very thankful I met Chuck and would recommend him and his firm to anyone I knew in need.
