My family was greatly impacted by a event that happened to us. My youngest son suffers from ADHD and autism spectrum disorder and had problems with being bullied at school. He went on a overnight camp with other 6th graders from his school. The experience was humiliating. During the camp he was tied to his bed and humiliated by the school chaperone while being videotaped. The school district, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, decided to treat my son as a liar. We felt hopeless and angry about the incident.
