What the other review stated about her being aggressive with her clients is spot on. Whenever I would have any questions she would respond in a condescending manner and tell me to read the FAQ, made me feel like she was the one paying me not the other way around. Didn’t try to fight for me what so ever whether in MVD hearing or in actual court. Just wanted me to accept a plea deal even after telling her about my innocence. Pretty much stole $2k from me and all she did was send me google calendar requests with no explanations or communications as to what I’m supposed to do or if those were things I didn’t to appear for. Waste of money and made me lose all trust in lawyers. The public defender I had after I fired her was much more helpful and at least spoke to me like a human being. Idk how those other reviews are possibly true unless for some reason she has certain prejudices against some clients.

First off I want to thank Michelle Belle for her exceptional performance in the courthouse. After being convicted for a DUI in 2013 and waiting trail for almost 5 years my case was resolved. We contacted Michelle after becoming aware that the State had issued a warrant on a 4 year old case with charges of DUI and falsifying a police report. Michelle was expedient in getting the warrant quashed, and then once quashed worked diligently on the case. She was communicative throughout the case of necessary information for my defense and a reassuring voice of reason during an extremely trying time. She was able to successfully get the case dismissed, and we are extremely thankful for her understanding, communicativeness, and diligence in handling our case. We recommend Michelle highly!

Michelle was great. So happy I went with her. She got me a Non DUI with no jail time or interlock. She was so helpful throughout the whole process.

I had found out I had a warrant for a nearly 8 year old felony DUI charge. After a day of panicking I got in touch with Michelle. I count my lucky stars I did. Michelle was great at quickly communicating with any new information and keeping me on track. She was able to get my warrant quashed very quickly and was able to get me into court two weeks later. Thanks to to her hard work and thorough knowledge of the system she was able to get it reduced to a misdemeanor first time DUI charge with not only the lowest penalty I could’ve asked for but also in the end unsupervised probation.
Originally I was given supervised probation but we found out that as an out of state resident I would not have been able to go home. Upon finding this out Michelle dropped everything and rushed to the courthouse to get me on the docket that morning and was able to convince the judge to change it to unsupervised with just enough time to still make my flight home and continue with an out of state move I was in the middle of making for work.
Going from facing a felony charge with very severe penalties to ending up with a misdemeanor with the minimum penalty I can say without a doubt Michelle should be your first and only call if you find yourself in any kind of trouble.

Yes, you we're totally rude. On the phone, you never stated that you do criminal cases. I wanted to ask you for "free consultation" which can be done either on the phone or in person and your tone of voice was like someone who is superior to me when in fact you're someone arrogant full of baggage, that's why you had an attitude.
I also NEVER refused to let you off the phone. So stop lying about it.

Michelle is AMAZING. She took the time to speak to me and treated me with respect. She does not talk down to people. She is going to go far as an attorney as long as she does not get jaded by the justice system. She basically saved my life. I was on my third dui and was facing prison. Needless to say.. the judge even had to go and look up the law. I did not do any time in jail. If u want someone who will really help u. Shes it.
