There was a IRS tax issue involved with my former business, and along with the other issues, Michael was able to negotiate with the other parties involved, and reduced the amount I owed to the other party to one fifth the amount they were demanding! So, I have had some major life changes over the past year and a half and ended up with some back-tax issues that were weighing heavily on my mind. I was completely freaked out and concerned that they would hinder my progress with school and my son’s ability to obtain funding for his college pursuit. I had no luck with my CPA, so I started looking into lawyers. I spent some time checking out reviews of tax lawyers in Arizona and narrowed it down to two law groups, one of them being Denny & Boulton, P.C. I sent an email to set up a consultation with both firms and received a timely response from both. One group wanted to charge me $450 for the consult, whereas Denny & Boulton, P.C. offered a free 30-minute consultation. Money is tight for me at this time, so I decided to schedule a time to talk with one of the lawyers at Denny & Boulton, P.C. I like the fact that they offer this free consultation since I wouldn’t be charged to find out if they could or could not help me with my tax issues and would only be charged for any work on my case if I decided to move forward with them. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and filled out some basic paperwork. Within minutes I was greeted by Mr. G. Michael Denny and directed to the conference room. Mr. Denny was remarkably pleasant and took the time to listen to all my concerns regarding my tax issues and genuinely took an interest in my life story and current aspirations to improve my current situation. He was able to work a deal with the IRS, allowing me to get my payments down to a number I can afford and was able to negotiate no tax lien against me. I couldn’t believe it! I am absolutely elated as a huge weight has now been lifted off my shoulders.

I had a big issue with taxes that I owed from about 10 years back, I always put it to the side not wanting to deal with it, but it got to the point where I was not able to accomplish some of my personal goals.
