At the beginning I really didn't want to go thru the process of the chiropractor, Drs, attorneys, paperwork, I really didn't think my accident warranted all of that. I just wanted my Jeep fixed. So a day or two passed I assumed my neck would start loosening up and maybe the stiffness would go away, well it didn't. I decided it was time to go get checked out. Emergency chiropractor was the place I called and they were able to get me in on a Sunday later in the afternoon, the x-rays indicated a clear sign of the so-called whiplash. I was advised to get an attorney Andrew that they were recommending 10 weeks of treatment. Ugh! I thought so I called Petersen Johnson. I was advised that a representative worry me me at the Drs office so we could discuss my options. The process was allot easier than I expecte. It was really nice to not get a single call from the other insurance company, Petersen Johnson took care of it all and almost instantly I'm reviving a check in the mail for loss of use. Now we are in the final stages and an now waiting for the insurance company to cut the final check, I can't believe the amount of money that they recovered for such a small rear-end crash. Thank you again to Brad, jacinda@pertesenjohnson and the while crew that tethered to my injury for what seemed like forever, but it paid off in the end.

The worst experience I had. My accident was happened at 07/27/2017. It was a simple and clear rear ended accident which I don't have any fault. It take almost one year for them to finish my case. I finally received the check in May of 2018.

During this process, I tried to contact them by hundreds of calls and emails. They changed the assistants a couple of times. The staff called Claudia and Lindsay are not professional at all. They do not reply my call, do not reply my email. Extremely hard to communicate.

What's more, as the lawyers, they are not even familiar with my settlement letter after I signed it. That letter released all my rights toward the insurance company. But my property damage was not resolved properly at all.

Now, with their "helps", I can not claim the diminished value of my car. I lost thousands of dollar because of their mistakes.

What can I say about Petersen Johnson? They are AMAZING!! It’s never fun when you need an accident lawyer because you are pretty much in a bad place. I was referred to Peterson Johnson by my chiropractor after my accident and am glad I made the call. They've kept me in the loop the whole way through the process. Even when there was no update for awhile I would get a call from them letting me know they didn't forget about my case.

I have received the maximum settlement and am grateful for it.

I worked with Petersen Johnson in 2014 with my family as we were in an accident. At the time I was 17/18 and thought everything went smooth. At the end of that case, I felt Emergency Chiropractic bill was way too high considering my body did not feel 100%, even though they said I was good enough for release. They negotiated, cool. My payout was I believe $4,000.00 or so. I was in back passenger seat.

Last June I was in another accident and had only worked with Petersen Johnson/Emergency Chiropractic before so they were all I knew. In this accident I did nothing wrong when 2 cars collided and hit me. My pay out after my car being totaled, me doing nothing wrong, me still not feeling 100% at all, etc, is going to be $3,000.00.

I finally settled as it has been over a year, and pressure from Brad.

It's been a horrible experience working with Petersen Johnson this time around and I will never come to them again for representation. Its a scam. Poor communication, pressuring clients, well over a year. I also just don't understand how the first accident I received $4,000.00 and this year I am receiving less. Also, originally my chiropractic bill was $6,000.00 on its own. The first offer I received, I immediately declined as the amount was/still is ridiculous. Emer Chiro immediately cut the bill in half and is now $3,000.00. If they were confident and knew they were doing a good job, I don't get why they were so quick to cut their bill in half.

Brad has a nasty attitude. I don't care who you are or what your occupation is, especially considering I hired you. The first and only time I spoke to him, he told me what my first offer would be. Like stated before, I immediately declined as it was so low. He goes "so what do you want?!" in an ugly tone and when I told him how much to offer, kind of chuckles and says I should settle because what both insurance companies were offering me, is on the high end of what I should get.

Like I said, will never work with Petersen Johnson or Emergency Chiropractic again. Obviously they work together, They don't care as long as they get their 30%☺

Incapable and dishonest, lied to by staff on several instances. Petersen reached a settlement on my behalf and dropped our case before any money was received because the insurance company did not provide 1 piece of paperwork. Received 2 large boxes of paperwork from them (1 for me and 1 for my wife) only found 1 letter (only 1 letter, try a second with harsher language) requesting the missing paperwork from Liberty Mutual. Gave up after 13 months on our case. Experts at excuses, ignore your request. They were never able to secure a settlement for my wife. Medical bills in excess of $35,000. Avoid these incapable dishonest people at all costs. Here's to hoping your license gets pulled soon Petersen.

My husband was in a 4 car accident that was OBVIOUSLY not his fault. He called peterson Johnson at the recommendation of a friend. They immediately said to meet them at a chiropractors office to get the process started. The chiropractor held him out of work for 2 weeks and he was left with a $2500 bill. We got nothing but the medical bills and a missing paycheck from these attorneys, who decided our case wasn't worth pursuing because he didn't rack up enough medical bills. $2500 may not be a lot to them, but it's a lot to a small family living paycheck to paycheck. As if the accident wasn't bad enough, now WE have to pay out of pocket for something these people told my husband to do. We trusted them and got screwed. Don't make the same mistake.

Complete waste of time! Everyone in this office is incompetent except Marissa. They did absolutely nothing but waste my time even after I did there job for them. I had to track my own witness down so they could notarize his witness statement because legal assistant Stephanie completely dropped the ball and didn't follow throw on what she was supposed to do and was later terminated from her job because of her Poor performance at work. I was also told they have no way of tracking down the women that hit me when though I provided her full name and insurance info. I spent 10 mins on Facebook found her and also found where she works and passed that info to Brad Johnson Brad did nothing with it. I was promised that if the insurance company didn't want to settle he would take it to litigations for a large settlement fee. That never happened I got a letter in the mail saying they feel it's no longer in my Best interest to pursue this case and drop me. This law firm is completely incompetent and a joke.

I recorded all of my Conversations in person and over the phone because I thought maybe I miss understood what they told me and promised me. Shockingly I didn't miss under stand anything they made a lot of Big promises and didn't follow through on nothing. I know owe a few Thousand dollars to emergency chiropractors after Brad sent me there at the start of my case.

These guys were absolutely amazing. They were very clear with me about what I needed to do on my end and I seen fast results. I just recommended them to a friend a week ago and he also dealt with my mother's case. I wouldn't see any one else.

Very professional staff! Made sure my daughter and I were medically taken care of first and foremost. We had no medical insurance and they made sure I had no out of pocket expenses and got the medical care we needed. I have recommended them to all my family and friends! They did NOTHING for me at all. My case was a easy one.. she hut me from behind going 50mph + . NO BRAKES. And she was drunk. Totalled out my car. Thank God my kids weren't with me.... The accident messed my back up and I almost lost my job cuz I got no rental car.. Peterson Johnson settled for 3200 . After my medical bills were taken out I got NOTHING. .

Sorry, but this was the worst I could find. It is very rare that I would say something negative about a business but it honestly was the Worst I could find. They overbook like mad to get you to be a client then your case gets put to the bottom while they are busy finding more "new clients". You must call every few days during your whole case or your case will just sit there and rot. Unprofessionalism will run rampant & be there theme from start to finish. I have One word for you, RUN.
