I have had to learn the hard way and at my child's expense. This lawyer will be a push over to the opposing counsel. If your case is difficult, he will collect his fee from you, do the job of a paralegal, NOT AN ATTORNEY. In other words, he will file paperwork but never answer your emails, or phone calls. He will promise you that you will have your day in court and then at the last minute cave under the pressure of the other attorney. I went 5 months without seeing my child. I am not a criminal. I don't have any CPS involvement. I am a nurse. I have a level 1 fingerprint clearance card.

I have been diagnosed as bipolar. THIS IS ALL THE OTHER ATTORNEY AS ON ME. But with Ron that is enough. He will go along with whatever the other lawyer wants. Even though the other side lied about me.

My ex is a substance abuser, who has set the house on fire and threatened to murder me just 4 days prior to turning the tables on me and having me hospitalized for mental illness. Well, with the help of Ron, my ex has full custody. YES, This has gone on over a year. I haven't even had a sleep over with my own child and I am the mother.

This case has been going on since 2017. I don't want to go on with all the details. I think I have said enough.

This lawyer doesn't care about families. He doesn't care about his clients. He will tell you after a year and a half (of being painfully separated from your child) that YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. However, he never told me HOW to take responsibility. I was compliant on my meds. I had taken SEVERAL parenting classes NOT REQUIRED BY THE COURT. I had therapists wanting to testify on my behalf. Psychiatrists would wrote me beautiful letters. These letters the courts never saw.

Ron is extremely passive. HE WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU.
