Michael Goleato was my accident attorney. I really appreciate is open communication with me regarding the process of my case and it’s time table. He was always honest and upfront about the process leaving me with reasonable expectations. My accident was over 3 yrs ago. I started off with Jeffery Livers who then was replaced by Sean Hennick due to having issues with Jeffery never following up and I was notified he was no longer with the company. After getting my case resolved and was told all medical bills were paid, I now have over 30 separate negative blemishes on my credit from this accident that were turned into creditors. I've tried over and over to get a hold of Sean Hennick and his assistant Larisa Garcia, but get no response. My next course of action will to seek legal advice else where to go after Hastings & Hastings for personal distress and not fully resolving my case as promised. Stay away from this place!

This firm made my case flow as smooth as possible. Amber Hangee is a rockstar along with the staff. Anytime I called or emailed with information or questions on my case, I was answered typically within that same day. If you were in an accident, don't go it alone. They have the most competitive rates out there and provide stellar service.

Really upset about the way our case was handled. Let’s just say the para legal with the initials AH is terrible. We where involved in an accident last year. The first attorney we talked to was amazing very helpful and returned messages promptly. The case was transferred over to a different attorney that I never spoke to during the whole case. The Doctor they sent us to was a complete quack. At one point the dr was scolding my wife and I for vaccinating our daughter, So unprofessional. I still was having medical issues when they closed my case. Even after sending AH an email (because it was impossible to get a hold of her by phone) telling her I was still having pain and how the Dr. was very unprofessional. Nothing was done they just cashed us out for a very low amount literal 1/4 of the total settlement. We pay there salaries with our injuries that don’t get treated properly. When I spoke to a attorney not with hastings I was told there was nothing I could do because once they take the case you’re pretty much legally stuck.

The paralegal was very hard to get a hold of left messages all the time. I’d email and hear nothing for months. She never apologized she never even came out of her office to meet us. They send there office girls out to talk so you never meet an attorney or paralegal face to face. Do your self a favor and find a better attorney when involved in an accident.

The 24th st location is horrible and don't deal with a paralegal named Cecilia(she wouldn't provide her last name, wonder why). She is the rudest, most unprofessional and least knowledge person I have ever meet. Don't question why things take so long, she will tell you it's the law, but does not know the law or statues or will tell you too look it up? I'm sorry I law thought you were the paralegal? Amazing experience with this company very recommended

I broke my own rule, never hire an attorney off of a commercial, and I quickly regretted my decision. After an auto accident I met with an attorney at Hastings & Hastings. At the end of the meeting the attorney I met with advised me that she didn't want to represent my son, who was injured in the accident, because he was disabled. And even though they continued to say they did not represent my son, they did refer him for a medical eval and Chiropractic Care... It got worse from there. One of the doctors that Hastings & Hastings referred me to (REDflag) actually injured me & my paralegal at H&H insisted I continue going to that same doctor. Now I don't have a history of auto accident law suits so I expected my attorney to direct me in a way that was in my best interest. That is not what happened. Come to find out they never should have referred me to any doctor because it creates a conflict of intetest. I found myself in more pain and argueing with the paralegal as to the cause & remedy. I knew then that Hastings and Hastings clearly was not on my side.

I was involved in a serious accident and called Hastings and Hastings. Very happy I did. My case manager, Yessenia, was phenomenal. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and always kept me informed. Attorney Golato made sure I received fair compensation for my injuries and I am more than satisfied with the outcome of my case. If you’re in an accident, don’t waste your time anywhere else - these guys are the best!

Jeff Livers worked on a case for me when i was in an accident and he was very professional and helpful. I had never been in a situation requiring a lawyer, so I didn't know which steps to take, and he explained everything to me and walked me through it every step of the way.

We had an accident that we were really unsure what to do. We had never had one before but both of my daughters and my wife were hurt in the accident and I knew that the potential for us being taken by the insurance companies were great. There were two cars other than ours that were involved in the accident. Immediately we felt the insurance companies started playing the game of which insurance company was going to take the responsibility/fault. We contacted Jeff Livers from Hastings and Hastings. He immediately took us from being unsure of what was going to happen to fully trusting in him to take care of it all.

Having multiple medical providers and handling our car situation, Jeff took care of everything. He was easy to reach and was always willing to let me know where the case was throughout the process. The case took longer than I thought that it would, I am glad it did. There were several other doctors bills that came in much later than others and if we had dealt with this on our own, I am sure that we would have accepted a much smaller settlement than what we ultimately ended up with.

My experience was positive with Hastings & Hastings. I had been in an accident where my car was totaled. Jeff Livers worked on my case. He was very professional and attentive. He seemed to genuinly care about my health and my case. If I was ever in another accident, I wouldn't hesitate to call Hastings & Hastings and Jeff Livers.

This place is complete crap. My husband went after his accident and saw Jeffery Livers. The wreck was in 2013 and for a year I called ever few months to see what was going on and the secretary kept saying it's a process and would give me a call when things are done. 2014 rolls around and I call them and get transferred to his secretary who says she will have him call me back. By the way we have only spoken to him once ever and that was the day we came in there seeking their business. A month goes by and no return call. I call back and his secretary said she saw that I had and doesn't know why he didn't call back but he's not there. A few months ago I called again letting them know our family is going threw a difficult situation and their response is my husband has to call them or write them to discuss the case with me which at the time wasn't feasible. Now let me explain I'm his wife, my husband worked 15 hours 6 to 7 days a week, I was their when the case was filed and he gave them permission for me to be part of the case and once they found out we where having a hard time they started giving me excuses why they can't talk to me. Example; maybe we had gotten divorced and they didn't know so they can't talk to me without him. He gave them permission to talk to me and legally would have to tell them if he didn't want me part of the case anymore. Then a few weeks later I get a thick envelope saying they are dropping my husband's case. We didn't get a single phone call from them from April 2013 to this day July 2014. They didn't email, call, send a warning letter or anything. At this point I'm fuming and call them ASAP asking them what the hell?? I go round and round with the female paralegal about how rude this is, how this isn't how you run a business, and how they need to learn common courtesy towards their clients. She kept making excuses and assumptions about why she couldn't talk to me about the case. Ending all ways with "we didn't know" this or that and maybe my husband doesn't want me to be part of the case anymore. And they dropped us cause after 180 days the case should have been resolved. Yet no one talked to us and I called them every few months to find out what was going on. My husband and I wanted to see Livers the next day and she said he was gone for vacation. Imagine that. So my husband went to the better business burrow and told them what happened and now Hastings and Hastings wants to try to fix things and get that negative mark taken off. This isn't justice and now we still have to give them a percentage of what they owe us. After all that I would recommend taking your business else where.
