Chris Hewitt helped me file a chapter 13 bankruptcy 3 years ago and am now debt free after paying $250 dollars for the last 36 months. He was able to strip my 2nd mortgage which I owed 50k dollars to and get rid of 30k dollars of credit card debt. This cost me a total of 9000 dollars over 3 years. Every other attorney told me I should file a chapter 7 and he was the only one who gave me the option of doing a 13 and was able to explain how a lien strip is only available under chapter 13.
