Very helpful to my needs

Didnt like the fact they charged me for a response I wrote myself and they charge you for everything a phone call an email. EVERYTHING... The only thing I liked about them was they filled out my court documents. Susan and Michael were extremely HELPFUL and polite. Ms. Evelyn in the front desk has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE . Also if its suppose to be a professional place she should act it and shouldn't dress appropriately also her nails were chipped. Shes just so unprofessional. I would honestly NEVER go back not recommend.

Who the heck would consider using such a lousy staffed place as this? What? You cant even ask a question nor have a decent regular conversation with the clerks without them trying to bash you and condescend on your creditials? What difference does it really make what the person is? a simple question its not like I'm asking some stranger on the street., You job is to answer questions all day long and you make pitiful responses trying to bash and bad mouth a person just because they are inquiring very politely about a subject. WARNING, I WOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE USING SUCH A PLACE!!! AVOID THE DISSAPOINTMENTS TODAY!
