All i can say about this office is really how amazing they are!!! I had a lemon vehicle which was my 2018 Dodge Durango and I decided to search attorneys and i came across this office. I called them and immediately they decided to help when another office in LA on Wilshire decided to tell them that I didn’t have a case and reject my case. Everyone in the office was very helpful and honestly on it. I hired them in May and it was been resolved already. Charles was always on top of it and kept me in the loop. I want to thank attorney Charles and his assistant for the amazing job they did for me!! My truck has now been paid for and I’m going to be purchasing a new vehicle! Great job. But has justice really been served. When will you go after the company and sue them for knowingly selling dangerous cars to hard working Americans. My family and their lives were put in danger and they could care less. Lemon law lawyers are the equivalent of P.E. Teachers. Go after the manufactures and the big corporations. Time and time again they release cars that they know will be recalled or they know they have defects. Shut those types of businesses down. How dare they treat Americans like that.

This was my first experience working with an attorney and it was a breeze. I discovered them from doing Lemon Law research. The first two Law Firms wouldn't even listen to my case when I told them which vehicle I owned because there was a Class Action Lawsuit against the manufacturer. When I called Consumer Legal Services, the Lawyer I spoke with listened to my inquiry and stated they could still pursue legal action in my behalf even with the Class Action Lawsuit. Long story short, I won my Lemon Law Claim and I felt the Lawyers handled my case so quickly.

A Fluke. I shared the problems I was having with my car to a friend, who advised me my issues might be covered by the Lemon Law. Not knowing anything about the law, I went to the Internet. I clicked on the first law firm I saw and got some general info, however, I was apprehensive about calling them. I clicked on the next law firm, Consumer Legal Services. Something about their page made me comfortable and I called them.

I explained my situation and was advised on the Lemon Law and was asked for some documentation. From there we were off to the races.

Once my case was accepted, it was smooth sailing. My expectation was they’d use their expertise to secure the best settlement as required by law. They met my expectations in a timely manner. Yes!

They are excellent in interpersonal interactions. I can’t remember the last time I dealt with any organization with such expertise. I was in contact with 3 attorneys and 2 legal assistant professionals. Most noteworthy, they all spoke to me in plain English-not legal-ease. Carefully explaining all aspects of the process, answering all my questions without hesitation. Not once did I feel hurried or rushed. They created a safe zone which allowed me to process the information, retain it and know what to expect.
Everything that happened was what was explained to me, word for word, in the exact sequence. This exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds.

Worst legal firm I've ever dealt with. Super inexperienced, fee-hunting predators with no morals, ethics nor fundamental principals.

Be very wary! They bill you $40 for each actions separately: composing and reading emails; picking up your call to confirm receipt of the email.

Stay away and request for every type of proof from them as they tend to keep vital information away from their clients.
