I was a temp to hire at Compex and my trainer "Maggie" was extremely discouraging as she likes to use bully like methods instead of being patient with the new hires. I pray Compex will look into her methods of training as she is representing this company. I have to say I would have loved to work here but Maggie made it impossible.
This was for me the worst experience I have ever had, hopefully no one else has to be subjected to such cruelty. If Female manager decides she does not like you for what ever reason trust she will not keep you based on your performance. And will set you up for failure rather than train you. She likes to intimidate her new hire.SHE could care less about her employees unless you are a favorite in her dept. Very unfriendly with bully like tendencies
