She represented me & did little to none for my case. I gave her all the tools to win the case & she didn't present anything to the court.She wouldn't mention to the judge what i would tell her too & when i would meet up with her she was rude and would cut me off, I lost custody of my son because of her! This one time i almost didnt show up to court because her staff called me & said it had been postponed!which was untrue ,She is all about her money and not helping her client! A year later i went to trial again with the same evidence i had gave Beverly ,but this time i represented myself and now i have my son back!

Ms. Quinn is an awesome and trustworthy attorney. I highly recommend her if you are going through legal matters. She really cares and puts up a fight for you. Since the day I hired her I have felt as ease with my divorce and child custody situation. The paralegals that work there are also very helpful with anything that you need. She has been my attorney for over a year now and has fought hard for me and I truly appreciate it because it isn’t easy going through a divorce and child custody battle.

I made an appointment with Beverly Quinn for a consultation. I told the receptionist what I needed. After some background questions I made the appointment. I came in for the appointment I told Beverly what I needed and she arrogantly said oh we don’t give that kind of advice unless I become your attorney. I just don’t give advice like that to just anybody on the street. If that’s the case then I can appreciate that however I could have been told that by the receptionist on the phone so I didn’t have to waste my time coming in for the appointment. Based on my initial interaction with Beverly I would never retain her as my attorney.

The secretarys were rude and did not know anything about any case. All they were did was talk to each other. The attorney took my case and didn''t call me for 3 weeks. After that, I called her and she just gave me this big story about having to wait, but I knew she was lying because she didn't even have a case number. After 5 weeks, nothing had been done, and I asked for my money back.. The staff was rude and said that no part of the $4000 would be returned. The attorney told me the same. She said a Petition had been filed and that she made telephone calls to the opposing attorney. But we never went to court! She said she would return $1400.00 of the $4000. I told her that I wanted a copy of my file that same day, she said she couldn't have a copy of my file ready, and that it would take one week (probably to make up a file). I later found out nothing had been done on my case. These reviews on google are fake. You can pay Google for good reviews. Because those good reviews were nothing like my experience. I would not recommend this lawyer. And also traveling all the way to Rancho to get ripped off.

So, my appointment was at 3:30 and I ended up walking out at 4:08. The secretaries were rude and couldn't answer simple questions about why Quinn needed all my personal information for just a free consult. Then they had this fat, nasty looking guy come and tell me, if I dont feel it out, then they can't see me. This is one of the most unprofessional law offices I ever crossed. I wasted my time, gas, and energy. I do not reccomend this office. They are horrible.

My case lasted 13 months. There were ups and there were downs. There were times that I gave up hope and honestly thought that I would lose no matter what the truth was. Beverly Quinn stood by my side. She was a true professional and I truly appreciated her integrity and character during such a crisis in my life.
Over the course of the last year, I have seen her take on three different attorneys on the other side of the aisle and every single time, she was victorious for me. When I say victorious, I mean it wasn't even close. Beverly has worked almost 40 years in the field and nobody in the courtroom could keep up with her vast knowledge of the law and wise decision making. She is not psychic, but she perfectly predicted and diagnosed the opposing counsel's arguments every single time.
I had to litigate from North Carolina and sometimes even Spain and Africa (I'm in the Marine Corps). Beverly and her office communicated all pertinent details to me during our communications. 2 years ago on Mothers Day weekend I was served custody papers by a man whom I hadn't seen in years. He sat outside my house everyday for a month stalking me. I had no idea what to do or whom to call. I met with a handful of attorneys but none of them impressed me. My daughters life was on the line and no ordinary attorney was going to do. I needed someone that believed in me and was going to fight like hell for me and my daughter. I met with Mrs. Quinn and within minutes of talking to her I knew I had found the attorney for me. She's quick, she's sharp and she knows her stuff. She was great. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.

Not only was this a custody battle but it also had traces of Domestic Violence in it as well. I didn't want my little girl anywhere near my ex. He has a bad temper and drinks far too much. I needed to make sure that he never saw her again. This was the only way we were going to stay safe and Mrs. Quinn knew this.

The day we went to court I was scared to death. My daughters future safety was in the hands of stranger. Judge or not, he was still a stranger to me and I didn't want my daughters future decided by him. We both took the stand and testified.
Mrs. Quinn was shark. My ex didn't know what hit him. She came at him with both barrels and then some. In the end I got everything I wanted and my daughter was never going to have to spend time with that violent drunk again. I am grateful for Mrs. Quinn and her staff. They all work very hard. Worst Lawyer EVER!!- double charge for items, charged for service not provided. Then when we went to court she didn't open her mouth. - Beverly loves to extend and file motions to prolong your case which will increase your bill. When I question charges regarding the bill I received no response. I just recently discovered that she sent me to collections for $1,000.00- (it's been 6 years) which not only is a violation of the statue of limitations its against the law.
