This firm is extremely fishy. Aurthor pertrosion, Kim yung. Never return phone calls or reply to emails. My grandmother passed away and had a settlement. They recover payment. And NEVER dispersed any payment to myself. Let alone follow up. I don’t understand how this firm is even in business. If I can give zero stars I honestly really would. Do not hire this form for your case. Your better off finding a reliable firm that actually returns calls and emails. SCAM ALERT

Wowzers these guys know exactly what there doing...I didn't expect but 5K..much to my surprise they paid my doc bills and then gave me 16K. I would definitely recommend the Barnes firm to friends and family!!

They did an excellent job

I was in a car accident October 2017 and wanted to seek an attorney. My first interaction with this law firm was with Mr. Tae-Yoon Kim and Brenda O’dell, it was a disaster. I would never get a call back or responses to my emails. I had hit almost a year had already completed treatment and my case was going no where . Ms. O’dell even told me it'll take two years for my case to settle. I was a case number to them and not a person. Come August 2018 I was contacted by Teresa Wilkins who is assistant to Ms.Angela Belty and they are the reason I’m taking the time to write this review. By some miracle my case was transferred to Ms.Belty and suddenly I became a person and not a case number. What Mr.Kim failed to do Ms. Belty did. She made herself available and I was able to have phone calls and emails returned within 24 hours. She restored my faith in The Barnes Firm. I’m finally able to move on from this accident. I am very happy and pleased with my settlement and the service I received from Ms.Belty and her team. Thank you for everything you did for me.

The firm was contacted twice and never returned my call! I have an attorney now and stop posting on my site.

This firm is professional. The best thing that could have happened for our attorney Howard Bloomingthal was his assistant Jennifer Orellana. The previous were ok, but Jennifer Orellana was far more responsive, available, courteous, professional and friendly. I hope she stays with Howard s long time.

The worst Company ever they talk a good game about how they can help you but their the worst. I wished I had did my homework and researched othe companies. If ever in accident don't ever call here . At first was on top of it and would return my calls told me I had a solid case and that they were sure they can get me paid for my medical and for my pain and suffering loss wages ect after a few months I didn't receive calls back even though I called multiple times and within 6 months just dropped my case.
