David Esquibias is a gentleman, and a scholar! His team is dedicated, and thorough, yet friendly and patient. The qualifications held by each and everyone of them exceed what is necessary to get the job done by far, and a client could not be in better hands. Their hearts extend past their pockets, and their passions for justice and their clients needs seem to drive every decision they make, no matter the challenges before them. This is the upper echelon of law firms, and the who's who of the legal world. Don't make a mistake and use anyone else if your goal is to win your case!

I concur with Mr. Stothoff....this attorney and his "client", a professional trustee from Camarillo appointed by the court took advantage of our vulnerability and lack of knowledge.

He chose to sell our family home and put us in a financial prison. His claim was, not enough money in trust to continue making mortgage payments, yet he charged over $50k in fees against the beneficiaries ( my daughters) wishes.

After the humiliation of sheriff eviction ,our house sold in August of 2019 to date we have not received any financial statements from him, his realtor, or his client, nor did we receive any compensation from the sale of our home, much less copies of closing documents from sale and are still waiting?

When questioning the unethical practice of this attorney and his client at the VC Assessor Office,once mentioning their names, the employee rolled eyes and said , "Yeah we know who they are, they're a tagteam and we've had several complaints".

As of now we have no clue where we stand nor where the money has gone so he earned 5 stars for being so ruthless and unethical.

The best advice I personally can give anyone about this particular attorney and his rather questionable choices of company and allegedly illicit activities would be to look into public record of the Ventura county probate case of Norma Farrant so that you can read for yourself all of the horrific things that he and his conservator girlfriend did to the Farrant family.
