Absolutely awful

The original debt that was agreed to was $20,000. Nine years this company has received $24,000 and are now claiming that $15,000 is still do. Do the math. These people are thieves. I’m going to sue.

These people must live in Million dollar houses. They are nothing but blood suckers that charge as much interest as the law allows. And prey on the leople who are hurting and down. Invite me to your Chistmas party. I paid for the food..

Can I give one corner of a star..... They activated something from 2001 in which wasnt even my fault and caused my license to be suspended!!! Cant be serious!

Worst customer service ever!

Sad to say but these lawyers must be running scams. A good friend's paycheck has been garnished 20% of his earnings. They've received over $10k already and he has no paper trail to show for it. There is absolutely NO customer service. Or just a secretary filing her nails. Worst part is he's paying on something that's already been settled. Child support and garnishments?? Is that even legal?! The only thing they're good at is at being the best Scam artists!!!

Please take your business else where!! Horrible customer service within the company. The workers have bad attitudes, if I good give this company a 0 star I would. I wish I never dealt with them and wasted my money. I ended up paying someone else to help me with my case.

Theresa was super helpful with my garnishment and how the process worked! Yes it sucks that I have garnishment but at least they were kind to me and helped ease the sting of it all! Thanks again!

I have been paying this place for years and they are awful they have a incompetent staff who will tell you that they don't even use email what law office in this day and age doesn't use email well then what do you use the Pony Express and excuse me but how can you have resting b**** face through a phone you are not the DMV of Florida please do not act like them you should hold yourself to a higher standard be professional polite and courteous at all times not rude disinterested& condescending

Kate A Stanley is the most rude and unprofessional agent when we were arraigning for a settlement offer she kept speaking over me trying to rush every word out of me I am very displeased with the customer service that this company offers I had several other questions that I did not get my answer

Motivated By Money and this company has questionable Collection Policies. The are untruthful and use Intimatation techniques to collect from People that are struggling to make ends meet. They understand the law and how to work the system.

They will do anything to get money from people over something that happened over 10 years ago.

Attorney or not, it’s against the law as a debt collector to threaten a debtor. It’s also funny to me that Duval Clerk of Court sent my husband a letter saying my husband’s case was closed this year yet they continue to demand money and threaten him with court action. They won’t supply a receipt to show all payments made but they sure as hell call when you’re a day late on that payment and throwing legal action in someone’s face. I work for a repossession company and work one on one with major banks and finance companies. The first thing our repossession orders say is that it is illegal to threaten anyone with legal action.The attorney that my husband is dealing with is rude and he’s been paying for over 2 years and these people won’t mail or email him a copy of his balance. That’s a sign of a shady debt collector. I realize they have a job to do but talking to people like they are garbage to get what they want is definitely not my idea of professional.

Wonderful law firm! Everyone is professional in dealing with the consumers and their debts, understanding that they are human and everyone falls upon hard times. The attorneys are very cautious in making sure all procedures are followed to give the debtor the best possible experience.

these people are crooks they swiped my account clean and now are acting stupid I am be calling the bbb the attorney General the office of consumer finance and finance regulation I will be getting justice

My experience with Hiday and Ricke has been a very pleasant one. Collection accounts can happen to anyone and I feel like they not only understand that, but they are incredibly helpful in finding options to help people who find themselves in the situation. The staff is friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. The attorney's are really amazing.

Professionally, the attorneys at Hiday & Ricke are excellent. The attorneys I've worked with know the law, know how to work within the Courts and are always courteous and capable. Typically, things are worked out ahead of time - efficiently and skillfully. I understand the work they do is not popular (debt collection) but, from what I have seen with their interaction with others, they do it with compassion and by trying to work things out as the best solution for all parties.

Gold digging don't care for anyone charging more than the settlement ...and took my DL almost lost my job and might be in jail for a year because they paid a judge to push my case through...if you suspended my DL and i dont have a job how are you going to get wage garnishment to work in your favor...

Everyone is professional at this Law Firm and it’s easy to speak with someone. If you have any questions about anything they are readily available to help you and answer your questions.

Everyone needs watch out for Linda Gleason at this law firm. She is one of the rudest old hags that I have ever had the chance to talk to. This firm does not keep paper trails for people that owe them money so it’s your own responsibility to keep your paper trail but Linda Gleason does not take the responsibility of checking your file from the last few months of corresponding to provide you with accurate information on the case that you have with them she emailed me with the wrong information about my payment and got on the phone with me after refusing to respond to my emails to tell me that she does not have time to speak with me on the matter of my payments if I’m giving you my money you better have all the time in the world

These people are the worst they lie they are unprofessional I would give they no stars if I could. Do not believe anything they say they will make you think you are working out an arraignment to settle your debt then they freeze your bank account. I recommend to anyone that receives a call from these crooks is to close any bank account A.S.A.P. and lawyer up too.

These people are awful. They are rude, obnoxious and a bunch of liars. Someone should stop them. They call about something that doesn't even concern me and than when I ask questions they hang up. Guess they realize they had false information. What a bunch of morons that should not even be in business.
