We went for a consultation for a basic Will and they charged us $300 just to tell us it was going to be $3000 to draw up a Will for us. We were under the impression that the $300 fee was a part of the fee for the Will. Needless to say, we will not be using them.

I want to share my experience with Rock Solid. We paid $400 retainer so that My wife and I could meet with them at their office to discuss our situation. Even though they admitted not being trial lawyers and not having worked with our situation for a long time they agreed time was of the essence and offered to help with another $2,000.00 retainer payment. We learned that John Miller the main attorney was also leaving for a family reunion vacation, which at that point with all the red flags we should have taken our business elsewhere. Instead we provided all the research we had made and copies of all court documents. We were told the associate attorney Andy would take good care of us and that we would receive a call within two days. As that week went and the new one came I made a call only to find that there was no new information. I asked if they had made contact with the other side on our behalf and the answer was no. I was told by Andy he would have something for me in a couple days. After sleeping on it a night my wife and I made a decision to cut our losses with the time lost and some of the $2400.00. I called the front desk receptionist/paralegal and demanded all work on our file to stop. We then requested a refund for the remaining retainer. We received a check for $950 in the mail. My wife called to ask why so little back to which the answer was the time in research they did. They could not provide us any file containing that research and the check was made out to my wife with her name spelled incorrectly (as in not even close). How do you justify charging over a grand and not even take the time to spell your client name correctly? John shared that he is a pastor's son and his grandfather was as well. My response to John's "Professional Ethics" response below. You proved my point in your pathetic effort to use the details of my case to defend your offices lack of professionalism. If your family history is true then your father and grandfather were much more men than you have chosen to live your life. As the saying goes there are always 3 sides to a story but only one being true. To any others considering your "professional services" I would advise he is only a title lawyer and if you think otherwise be prepared to pay just to find that out. I would also advise to meet ALL the staff that would be working on your public matter (no discresion), so you may understand how professional billing ($250 an hour and up) on one of the team members can than be quickly dismissed as "only" being a receptionist. Then there comes the practice of threatening us to take down our review or else you will air my dirty laundry. If we do you will then provide us the material you say you have gathered in the hours of research you billed us for. Very "professional" as this all could have been avoided as I would have had no motivation in leaving this long winded review had you provided "professional services" in a timely manner or deflected us to a proper law firm equipped and prepared to see something like this through. At minimum simply sent our file containing all research work results paid for and professional staff that would take the time to write a handwritten check out to the proper clients name. Your sad excuse of "their haste" is so far from the truth as I had called in to have all work seize and stated that we would wait for you return from your family reunion to discuss the retainer. But you would prefer to LIE about that to save face. I have no issue stating the truth about what I have said and done. I have phone records and emails to prove the facts. Verbal communications remain only in our interpreted memories of the conversations. Which is why I have chosen only to communicate with you via email and now public internet.

I wish I can put 0 star they are horrible and they're all about money. They didn't do anything about our case and cost us 1450 they say they are Christian that's BS they're all about money don't ever work with Andrew he Was super rude and made harsh comments to us and that's why we decided to fire him. Don't ever use them and waste your money!
