This attorney wouldn't even talk to me without giving him a credit card and $750. What attorney does that? Very unprofessional. (I was more than willing to pay the fee after the traditional consult. I even signed the papers stating as such.) Also called him at 8:30am to make sure he got my documents and he immediately said we are not due to speak till 9am appointment. He heard me inquire at the front desk as to what I could expect out of the legal review and he came outside of his office and told me not to expect much. Seemed very stressed. Not the kind of person you want supporting you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I would never recommend this attorney. He could have very well told me he couldn’t help me way before taking my money. My PRE-application that was completed prior to meeting with him, told him way in advance the statue of limitations for my claim had ran out. What an unethical thing to do. But what do you expect from an attorney that is allowed to charge an astronomical fee for a saying something that could have been told in a 2 minute telephone call. Shame on him!!!

In my opinion, he didn't really consider my case, he wrote: "We are not in a position to provide representation."

I called in for a labor issue with collecting my last salary from an ex-employer only to get caught up with a vary rude receptionist. I was interrupted several times when replying to hear questions and along with the interruptions she commenced on telling me that there is an additional $750.00 fee just to sit down with the attorney..... Wow! I wouldn't give this attorney one half of a star. Bad people and bad business. Period the end.
This to your response to my review...For being such a smart attorney its obvious that you still don't get the issue, or you just don't care. Either way your approach to my review is wrong and now I understand why you may need 2, 3 hours or maybe a full day to understand your clients. Being so vane and always right could be the biggest step to hurdle than a piece of string in your case. Try a little R E S P E C T.

They are crazy. They charge a $350 consultation fee with no guarantee that he will even take on the case. It is pure BS! I am coming to you BECAUSE I am having trouble with work, aka: Have limited finances; and you want to charge me that just to see if you will take it on??? QUITE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE WHO ARE COMING TO YOU FOR HELP!!!
