Mr. Forbess Sr. was the laziest attorney I've ever used. He did nothing to help me on a criminal case except charge a lot of money. He never once even contacted the prosecutor until my court date. He was terrible in 10 different ways. Call a different attorney that will actually earn their fee.

Mr Forbess Jr. did an amazing job with my case getting it dismissed at my first hearing. He was available anytime of the day. Since i work untill 6pm most days , I was able to speak with him anytime during the evening. He was honest and affordable. I would recommend his firm for any legal needs. Thank you

.. he is only after your money and doesn't care about you ..I wanted to believe him and I gave him a chance to represent me however he took advantage that I was in incarcerated to drag out a process that needed not be dragged.. never negotiated anything for me and got the same offer that was presented to me to begin with ...worst of all he charged my Credit Card on file with out my permission while I was incarcerated. I told him to charge me after my sentencing but he cared not!!!! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND TRUST YOU GUT .. HE FITS THE DIRTY STEREO TYPE OF LAWYERS.. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE FLORIDA BAR... BY THE WAY YOU CAN TOTALLY TELL THE FIRST REVIEW IS FAKE!!!!! YOU ARE A SCAM!!!!!
