I must have called after she had burned her toast . . .She was short and extremely impatient. I spoke with Leanne over the phone and hung up feeling extremely discouraged. I felt as if she was defending the unfair practices of the debt collector. After she finished explaining the rights of the collector and briefly listening to me she realized that she was not equipped to handle a case such as mine. She then told me
"good luck" and hung up. Very disappointing . . .
